Enjoy a relaxing getaway at this quiet, cozy cottage (The Sleepy Cat Inn), in the charming beachside town of Ventura, just one hour north of Los Angeles; 25 minutes south of Santa Barbara.
This private bungalow features a cheerful bedroom with dormer window and french door leading to small balcony; bathroom with custom decorative tile; fully-equipped kitchenette with dining area, sunny window seat and french doors to patio with view of the Ventura Harbor.
Just 1.5 miles to the beach and historic downtown Ventura.

Note: There are stairways with 40 steps from the street to the cottage. The bungalow accommodates two people comfortably for short stays; for long-term stays of a month or more, we recommend one person. No smoking is allowed on the premises. No pets.

The bungalow was clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped and perfect for all our needs. The host was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful ocean view and comfortable lounge chairs where you can enjoy the sun. We will definitely return.

What a lovely place to stay. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Christy has added many special and thoughtful touches that contribute to the charm of the bungalow. We loved the natural light and the outdoor seating areas....just needed more time to enjoy them! It's a very convenient location for activities/restaurants in Ventura and neighboring towns. Wonderful Stay

My wife and I stayed in this cozy little cottage for three nights and enjoyed every minute. Perfectly comfortable for two people and conveniently close to the things you would want to do in downtown Ventura. Christy makes for a convenient easy check in and was super responsive. Would recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in the area.

My husband and I loved the Sleepy Cat Inn. The views were so pretty and the property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We liked how it felt private and safe, but was still a close drive to Main Street. I would happily stay at the property again!

This little bungalow is wonderful!y

It’s a perfect place for two people to stay it is just enough. It’s close to downtown Ventura, the highway and the beach. My grandchild loves to visit the “Little House” and so do we. We plan to stay again in the future.
