Direct park / beach access from your private, fenced-in dog friendly backyard. Backyard includes patio table & seating for four (4) and propane BBQ.

Enjoy preparing your own home cooked meals in our fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities to make you feel at home. Dining table accommodates six (6) guests.

Living room offers a large sectional sofa complete with a cozy fireplace for at home evenings watching television or playing your favorite board games from our well stocked game closet.

Ground floor (1st floor) half bath for your convenience.

Our home offers two (2) upstairs king bedrooms complete with deck access and sunset views. Bedrooms share a "Jack & Jill" full bath with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms offer ample closet space and storage for guests'' convenience.

Carport parking and on-site washer and dryer for your convenience and use.

Great Duplex and Great Location

We enjoyed our time there!! The back gate leading to the Marina Park and beach was definitely a plus. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We loved sitting on the upstairs balcony with our coffee in the morning looking out at the ocean - very relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was very well appointed with anything you could want/need. Plenty of towels, bikes, umbrellas, etc. for the beach. Views were great and the beds were extremely comfortable. My spouse and I will definitely stay there again!

Relaxing Stay

We stayed in Ventura for nearby training in Ojai. Mary's place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and you could walk to the beach right outside the back gate. The location is not too far to the highway making it easy to go everywhere. The beds were comfortable and the sheets super soft. We would definitely stay here again.

Our host Mary was fantastic & very responsive. We LOVED our time in Peirpont Village area as it is truly a “local” & friendly community. The beaches are a wonderful.hidden gem for people in the know. (We used to live in Ventura, so we know)I loved being able to walk to town every day for coffee/muffin & beach solitude. The accommodations were more than adequate for my husband & I, but not much is “updated”. We wish there was nicer outdoor furniture options than plastic chairs, but the beach view & serenity compensated. We would have liked a TV in one of the bedrooms. All in all we left renewed from our weekly laid back beach stay. We will stay again when we visit family. Thank you again Mary.

Incredible.

The location is simply fantastic! My husband and I took our first vacation with our 3 month old and the hosts had a pack and play for us to use and were incredible with communicating and andswering any and all questions we had! We LOVED the little backyard area and spent every morning on the top deck drinking coffee looking at the view. We cannot wait to come back and hopefully stay here again! Beyond wonderful stay.

Sweet Beach Cottage

The cottage has a million dollar view yet is close to beach, shopping, restaurants and all kinds of activities. The decor is warm and relaxing. The cottage is stocked with everything you might need and a bunch of stuff you didn’t realize you might want. The owner is very gracious and helpful.

This was by far one of the best stays we’ve had through VRBO. The rental had everything we needed and more. The air flow in the rental was amazing. The access to the park and beach was perfect. Right out the back gate. We parked our car and rode our bikes everywhere. Even to the downtown Venture area via a bike path and lane. Mary is a jewel. Communication was an A+ We will definitely stay again.

Comfortable Townhome with lovely view.

We enjoyed the fireplace while watching movies. The hostess was great at communicating. The view from upstairs was lovely. It was well stocked with dishes and paper goods. I'd like to make one small recommendation. Both bathrooms could do with more lighting, especially the tub/shower area.
