Located in one of the best urbanizations of Teatinos (university area) with all the comforts. Ideal accommodation for families, thanks to its more than 30,000 square meters of private complex with sports courts, swimming pools, gardens, playgrounds, etc.
Air conditioning, access to pool, paddle, changing rooms, community gardens ... Residential with private, quiet and family areas where you can spend an exceptional vacation.
The apartment is located in a quiet street, but with all possible services and leisure options a few meters away. There are many dining options in the area. Bars and restaurants of all kinds as well as pubs, breweries and nightlife areas just 300m from the building but far enough away not to hear a noise. Quiet and family residential.
