Colina del Sol Apartment is confortable, luminous, and very quiet.



It is located in a complex with climatized pool, children pool and a restaurant by the pool, all with a fantastic sea view.



Surrounded with many restaurants, bakeries, shops, 200 metros to Biosfera Mall (Best mall in the island), and very close to the beaches.



It´s a great choice for your holidays. You wont regret it.



The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen. It has wifi, flat tv, and a terrace with garden. The terrace is very sunny and quiet for private relax.



I am always available to help my guests.



Puerto del Carmen is the main touristic area in the island. The apartment is situated in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, and have everything handy so you wont need to use a car. Supermarkets, Pharmacy, bakery, shops, beauty salon, restaurants and more.

excellent location

This apartment was very clean and well equipped. The patio area was very private and not overlooked. The only issue that I have is that the advertisement states that there is an oven, this is not the case there is a microwave.

The apartment is very lovely clean very comfortable bed.Very sorry No English TV which is very important to English visitors. You can buy a M A G box for about 95 euros, Which will give you every UK channel, This is very important and should be fitted as soon as you can. Please get a wall clock 12 euros from IKEA guest love to know the time. This is not a criticism , if you sort these two items out.I would love to stay lots more timesI really love the apartment Thank you David

Apartement in zentraler Lage

Super Aufenthalt, zentral, trotzdem relativ ruhig. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, sonnig und windgeschützt. Auto ist nicht unbedingt erforderlich. Ein Mietwagen lohnt sich aber auf jedenfall für Ausflüge. Diese kann man aber auch mit dem Bus machen.
