Modern cottage with whirlpool and sauna and a very beautiful located in the first row of dunes on a fantastic natural plot and just 25 m to the child-friendly beach in Lyngså close to Sæby. The cottage is extremely well-appointed with a sloping ceiling and large windows, where the fascinating North Jutland light flows in, which creates a completely relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The heart of the house consists of a large and open living room with a sloping ceiling in connection with the well-equipped kitchen. There is room for everyone to meet and enjoy cooking, meals, games, a good movie, etc. There are two large, bright bedrooms with good beds and closet space and a loft with a good staircase and mattress. Open hallway with washer and dryer. Large bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, whirlpool and sauna. An air / air heat pump is installed. The house has terraces on both sides of the house, where you can enjoy the outdoors and experience the wildlife up close or you can take a fresh dip on the beach, which is directly accessible from the house. There is sandbox. Not for rent to youth groups.
