A deceptively spacious duplex apartment close to village amenities including shops and pubs and withing walking distance of the picturesque rock and shingle cove. Laid out over the 2nd and 3rd floors with stairs to the 2nd floor. Two attractive bedrooms on the 2nd floor one with ensuite facilities and the other with a small balcony offering views towards the sea. A spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen is on the 3rd floor with balcony also offering views over the village and out to sea. Ideal village location and great base for exploring this wonderful area of North Devon with the Exmoor National Park within a couple of minutes drive and the large sandy surfing beaches of Woolacombe Bay just a 30 minute drive.

Lovely apartment close to the sea

The apartment was spacious, clean and has everything you could possibly want. Hand soaps etc were provided which was great. The property was made to feel like a home with pictures and ornaments. Absolutely loved it. The downside was the external appearance of the property which looked very run down/tired, as did the immediate area. Also, we had 2 cars and although there was one dedicated space it was often hard to find a space for the second car.

Cant fault the stay and would consider again. Would like to see a few hooks behind the bathroom doors for towels

Trip to North Devon

The apartment is ideally located for exploring the delights of glorious North Devon, the majesty of the coastline, rolling beauty of the Exmoor hills and forested deep valleys. The apartment has everything need and is well maintained with thoughtful contemporary decor and facilities. We will definitely stay here again if visiting the area.
