Newly refurbished compact cottage (As seen on Homes Under the Hammer!)

Situated quietly, just behind the High Street, very close to shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Only 5 mins walk to the Wildersmouth and the historic Tunnels Beach.

Just 10 Minutes walk to the Harbour and its golden sand beach.

The: property:

The cottage is on two floors,

Upstairs there are two cozy en-suite double bedrooms, Each bedroom has one double bed, a compact wardrobe, plenty of built in USB charging points and a smart TV.

The shower rooms both contain a shower, sink and toilet.

Fresh bedding and towels are provided for your stay.

Downstairs there is plenty of seating in the lounge / TV area and a well-equipped kitchen kitchen that includes an oven, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a dining table which extends to comfortably seat four.

You have exclusive access to the entire property for your stay. We have an electronic door locking system that allows each guest to use their smartphone as their personal key to the property during their stay.

There are a couple of convenient car parks within a few minutes' walk from the cottage, allowing you to park your vehicle securely nearby.

There is also some short term, free parking about 50m away, ideal for loading/unloading.

There are supermarkets within a few minutes walk (Lidl and Co-op) and Tesco is a short drive away.

For non drivers, there is a bus stop just 50m away, with destinations such as Barnstaple and Woolacombe.

Oh, you won't believe how much I longed for the seaside when I left my cozy Sussex hometown where I grew up and ventured into London as a young adult! There's just something about that sea air that tugs at my heartstrings. But guess what? I've been fortunate enough to spend the past three years living in delightful Ilfracombe. I've grown so attached that I couldn't fathom moving anywhere that's more than a ten-minute stroll away from a beach.
