Located in the ever popular “Old Village” this 4 bedroomed detached villa is the perfect place for family or golf holidays.

The villa is well furnished and fully equipped with dining and lounge area which leads directly on to the pool area.

As you meander through the cobbled streets of the village before resting in one of the many cafes or bars for a cooling drink, you will be amazed with the quaint houses and the scents of the beautiful flowers. A car is not necessary as there are many local restaurants and a supermarket in the “village”.

It is only a 20 minute stroll to the cosmopolitan marina and centre of Vilamoura and in the summer there is a regular tourist train to take you either to the beach or a trip around the resort of Vilamoura.

Application of the Municipal Tourist Tax (City Tax):
Exemptions from the Municipal Tourist Tax (City Tax): Guests under the age of 16 (sixteen), excluding the birthday date. Guests who fall ill during their stay or are subject to a physical impediment, requiring inpatient medical care, as well as in cases of force nature, natural disasters, or other similar situations.

Tax Amount:

From 1st April to 31st October, the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 per person, per night.

From 1st November to 31st March, the base amount of the municipal tourist tax (City Tax) is €1.00 per person, per night.

The tax applies for a maximum of 5 nights per person.
The payment of the municipal tourist tax (City Tax) by the guest will be made at the check in.
