This cozy and bright apartment located in the traditional 18th century building, completely rebuilt!
Located a few minutes from Rossio, in downtown Lisbon, this charming and light-filled apartment offers you all the comfort of being inserted in the historic center of the city.
This apartment couldn't be better located, since here, you can visit on foot, the most interesting tourist spots such as São Jorge Castle, Sé Catedral, Alfama, Chiado, Praça do Comércio and even walk along the river!
It is also close to the famous “Miradouro das Portas do Sol”.
Inside the apartment you will find everything you need including, air conditioning, cable TV, internet, American kitchen with washing machines and dishwashers, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso), juicer, toaster, kettle, oven, hob electric cooking, microwave, iron and hairdryer.

A beautiful gem

The flat was absolutely gorgeous. It was extremely well appointed with everything we needed including a little welcome basket, which we didn’t even get to because we were so busy in Lisbon. The location was perfect for us. I have nothing bad to say. Thank you and we hope to come back and stay again.

Nice property with minor issues

Lovely apartment, well stocked in a good neighborhood. We had issues with having a non existant toilet seat and it took several days to fix. There was also construction outside, the foor was gritty the whole stay. Other than those 2 annoyances, we enjoyed our stay.that meant sand was tracked in and

Wonderful location!

This apartment is everything you need and walking distance to most attractions. Super location if you’re getting on a cruise-it’s about a block from the cruise port.

Lovely stay in Alfama

We spent 3 nights in Alfama and had a wonderful stay. The location of the apartment was excellent and had most everything we needed. The only down side was that the neighbors above us were rather loud early in the mornings and it was hard to sleep.

Perfect Lisboa Location!

This apartment was a perfect location from which to launch our visit to Portugal. Located on a pedestrian only street with wonderful dining options, this provides easy access to the waterfront, Alfama district and city center. Patricia was incredibly responsive in getting us in and helping us with dining options. Overall a great spot!

Great location

The apartment is centrally located between Alfama, waterfront and downtown at a pedestrian street with many restaurants. However it is very quiet and specious place. We did not receive the correct code for the building door but we were able to connect with the Manager to get the right code. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment!

First Class Accommodation for 2 couples

Lovely apartment for four very discerning travelers. Very well situated for exploring Chiado, Alfama and easy access to trains, buses and trams. The street has many restaurants, but is very touristy especially when there are cruise ships in port. (Of course it's hard to find anywhere in Lisbon that isn't overrun by tourists !)

Perfect location! Excellent Accommodation

Location is fabulous, and easy walking distance to all the sights in downtown Lisbon. Very comfortable flat, lots of room. We were able to drop our bags before checkin time so we could go on our tour. Easy to get in building and unit. Felt safe. The AC was brilliant. Quiet. Highly recommend.

Pleasant stay in a very comfortable apartment

The property manager is very responsive which is a relief when traveling abroad. We did have difficulty with the code to retrieve the key, however the property manager quickly responded. The apartment is exactly as advertised and in a perfect location. I would strongly suggest this rental!

Lx Flat Visit

The apartment was very clean and the two bedrooms were great for myself and travel partner. I won the coin toss, so I had the larger bedroom with spacious en suite bath. The 2nd bedroom and guest bath were much smaller. Loved the balcony, which afforded a great view of the Lisbon Cathedral and surrounding area. The close proximity to several cafes was also appreciated.

Great location in Alfama , Lisbon

The apartment is located in a very central portion of Lisbon. Although the pedestrian street that it was located on is quite busy the apartment was very quiet. The apartment has a very large master bedroom and a rather small second bedroom and bath. This place is a wonderful apartment in a renovated building in a great part of town. We would recommend this place in Lisbon. A bonus for foodies , there is an amazing restaurant located just below the apartment.

Perfect location

This apartment is in perfect location for a 5 day visit of Lisbon. Restaurants are everywhere on the street in front, metro/bus station is 5 minutes away, and Rua Augusta is 3 blocks away. Host is very responsive, rooms are very clean, and the mattress/bedding is exceptional. I’d rent this again if we’re back in Lisbon. PS: The apt is on a pedestrian only street, so if you take Uber, you’ll be dropped off a few minutes away.

The apartment was in a wonderful location. Comfortable. Second bed i room is small but definitely adequate. communication was fine. A wee bit confusing with entry numbers. Host responded quickly to questions. Would highly recommend.

Stunning views

This flat is in the perfect location - it's on a pedestrian street with quaint restaurants, an absolutely unbeatable view with a balcony, and less than a 5 minute walk to the metro. The flat was spacious and exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, there was some confusion about the door code and the exact flat we needed to got to, but Patricia immediately remedied everything. She also gave us a great recommendation for a service to store luggage since we arrived in Lisbon well before our check in time. Hope to return to this flat many more times in the future!

Nice apartment in great location

Wonderful location in elevator apartment building. Our family of 5 spent 2 nights in the summer and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had a nice view of the Lisbon Cathedral in the distance. Bedrooms were in the back and quiet. Air conditioning worked well. The furnishings were functional and simple yet tasteful. Elevator wasn’t working when we arrived, but was quickly fixed after a call to the property manager. The apartment is in a great neighborhood with a good selection of restaurants nearby and a 10 min walk to a popular dining district. We are selective in where we stay and would not hesitate returning to this property.

Apt is in great location….

Overall our stay at Lisbon Apt was wonderful. A few minor issues the checkin process was sent over in Portuguese also no instructions to use the EU appliances in English :(. We advised the property management as a reminder and fittingly we arrived in the daytime and were able to ring up Patricia for entry instructions. Advise you take ear plugs for sleeping . Although the location of bedrooms is off the street we found the upstairs neighbor to be quite loud in movement with odd middle of the night hours so we thought perhaps they own or work late. Again very minor to the overall comfort of the Apt. The neighborhood is fantastic with many nice restaurants as well as close to transportation.. The Portuguese countryside and it’s residents are lovely. Never an issue of Safeway or translation.

Wonderful apartment

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this lovely apartment for 4 nights and would not hesitate to book it again. Excellent value for the money especially when you consider that 4 people can easily stay here very comfortably. Photos represented the apartment well and it was extremely clean/comfortable, water pressure/temperature was very good, A/C worked well. Host was easy to communicate with and left us a nice welcome package. Great location on a pedestrian-only street with good restaurants and a small mercado for basic necessities. It was pleasantly lively at night but with the interior shutters closed it was perfectly quiet. Our only suggestion is to offer washer/dryer operating instructions in English. We had to google the make/model to figure them out. The host had mentioned prior to our visit that only a few items at a time could be placed in the dryer. However, even with putting only a few light items in it during each cycle, our clothes never completely dried and we had to hang them up to air dry.

Best Place to Stay!

The apartment in in a perfect location for seeing Lisbon. It is only two blocks from the main square, which is also a transit hub. It is on a pedestrian street with lots of great places to eat only a few steps away. We ate breakfast next door every morning (fabulous breakfasts), and dinner at various places on the street every night except two. The Maria Cairo’s restaurant has a line every night and the food is fabulous. The apartment is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. And I can’t say enough about Patricia and Guttu. When we arrived, we had an issue with the cab driver and he mistakenly drove away with all of our luggage. I called Patricia, and she spent a lot of time calling the airport trying to find someone who could help. We went to the airport hoping that the cab driver turned our luggage into the lost and found. While we were still at the airport, Patricia called and said that Guttu, who had been cleaning when we arrived, found the cab driver outside of the apartment with our luggage. That is how completely wonderful Patricia is! We had an amazing stay and would totally come back to this lovely apartment again.

Fantastic apartment and location!

Our stay here was perfect. This was the second property of Patricia’s that I’ve stayed at. She is a fantastic host and the apartment was exactly as described. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit!
