The location was right in the center of everything. The apt was small but all 3 bedrooms were very well appointed and fit our group of 6. The check in was a little clunky but nothing that prohibited the amazing stay.
Great location but a small property for 6 adults. You can only fit 3 on the sofa, there are only 4 chairs for the table, kitchen was fine. Head height is partially limited in bedrooms. Tiles n bathroom floor are broken
I invested a lot of time looking up neighborhoods, hotels, serviced apartments to try to figure out the right setup for our family trip to Lisbon, and finally landed on this place, with some uncertainty about whether the actual location would suite. Well it turned out to be maybe one of the best locations in the city for accessing two major subway lines in 5 minutes, plus walking distance to most of the major tourist destinations downtown. The space was also perfect, clean comfortable and modern. Check-in was easy, we asked for a second pair of keys the next day that materialized instantaneously. When there was a slight issue with a plugged sink, it was also addressed immediately. A dream stay, as convenient as a fully-serviced hotel, but better price/location/space configuration for a family requiring multiple rooms.

The property is perfectly located. It was on the 6th floor so the noise from the street wasn’t bad.
The bedrooms are good but because it’s on the top floor, there are some weird angles.
The master bedroom has a bathroom. The only thing to consider is that all doors in the bathroom are made out of glass so you better be very comfortable with the person you are sharing the bedroom with.
The elevator broke and it took a day to repair; that was rough.
Communication with the property manager was good and he always responded in a timely manner.
We enjoyed our 6th floor stay very much -- located on a pedestrian street close to the Printemps market and many restaurants. Gorgeous views from all the windows. Your height on the 6th floor is both an advantage and disadvantage -- there are many sharp angles and lowered ceilings and easy for tall folks to bump heads. On the other hand, the cups/plates/bowls were in two very high cabinets. At 5'1" tall, I could just touch the bottom of the shelf, but couldn't reach any of the dishes without standing on a chair. We needed our tall folks to reach the dishes! The elevator was great, but one bedroom could only be accessed by narrow floating stairs with no railing (a little scary at night, since the bathroom was on the main floor). The washer was GREAT, and there was a drying rack under one of the beds. Nearly 400 per night, so it seemed expensive, but we really needed to have the elevator (Note: there were four steps to get from the front door TO the elevator, so not wheelchair accessible or for anyone who can't manage four steps)

Dear Kim, thank you for your detailed feedback! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful views, central location, and convenience of the elevator during your stay. We understand that the unique layout of the 6th-floor apartment, with its charming angles and high cabinets, can present some challenges depending on height, and we appreciate you highlighting this. We'll consider adding more accessible storage options to make things a bit easier for all our guests.
We also appreciate your note about the narrow stairs to the second bedroom—this historic building certainly has its quirks, and we always want our guests to feel safe and comfortable. We're glad the washer and drying rack came in handy, and we hope these touches made your stay a bit more convenient.
Thank you once again for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!
Great apartment right in the heart of the bustling Baixa tourist district. Great location with easy access to bus, metro, Uber and Taxis. Working with Nomad City Flats was a wonderful experience. Everything from booking to paying to checking in upon arrival was seamless. Our contact was Joao, and he was always available with an answer or help. The two biggest pluses for the apartment are the elevator and the air conditioning! It’s on the 6th floor, and I heard many a woe from fellow travelers in our group who had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs every day! The elevator was crucial! And the air conditioner cranked!! The apartment itself is a little small, though very typical for European inner cities. We had 4 guests, with two of us being pretty big guys, and it was a little cramped if we all were up and moving about at the same time. But, it was clean, had all the amenities you’d need: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cool loft with another bed, a small kitchen with stove and dishwasher, cable TV, and even a small washing machine. I’d definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wanting that true “Lisbon-experience!”
Great location, very clean. The property manager was very helpful and helped us with directions. Very responsive! Beds were comfy, had everything we needed. Will stay again!!!
Loved the stay here.
I was initially thrown off because this was a professional hosting company rather than a persons house which is what we had been used to, but Nomad made everything incredibly easy.
Check in was contact-less, and the property manager stopped by once we were settled to get ID checked as is the tourist law on portugal. The manager communicated very well with us and even gave an extra set of keys since our group was large.
The flat itself was incredible. A wonderful view, perfect location on a scenic touristic street, and everything was updated. We absolutely loved it and will stay again if ever in lisbon
