It’s my worst holiday experience.

I receive the apartment from the host and that’s it, I try to contact them again no body reply. They promised me to provide AC for the apartment and they put water AC, it’s the worst AC ever I sow ( not cooling and so noisy ) I send them message about that and they ignored me. I took my family to another hotel in the middle of the night. Really this is the worst holiday experience.
