Our stay here was much more than wonderful, even though we didn’t have a washer we got along just fine since they provided pretty much everything else you would need back at home. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms we totally felt comfortable and the stay felt luxurious. Amazing staff Moira helped us check in late and was patient with us when we couldn’t take the metro and waited for us until our taxi dropped us off. The metro was literally around the corner which was so convenient and of cour Vatican City was walking distance from the flat. Location Location Location! Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely long weekend, perfect location to access all the sites. Communication excellent with agency and lovely staff. Home away from home.Constructive criticism - Could do with a comfortable sofa and some of the USB ports and remote controls don’t work.

Amazing stay!

My family and I stayed here for three nights. The check in was flawless. Super easy to communicate. Always answered all my questions before and durning the stay. The place was perfect in every way. The location was just a walk away from the Vatican. Downstairs had a great restaurant with amazing food. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with all that was needed. Will definitely stay at this location again if I go back to Rome. Also loved that they were a pet friendly place.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment is located a few we steps f try I’m the Vatican and it’s really nice. We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment and come back easily to rest.

Great location

The nicest part of the apartment is the living and dining area. The bedrooms could use some creativity. Beds were comfortable, sheets clean and bathrooms were clean, but it could be so much better if someone would take some time to spruce up the place to give it some character. Spartan is the best way to describe the feel of the apartment.

Host had us wait 35 minutes outside in the cold although we were communicating with him the whole time about our expected arrival time. Property needs some serious TLC bathrooms are dirty and have mold around. Baseboard and different area’s of the house need upgrades. For a quick, cheap stay, this will be a good place.

Nice apartment in need of a deep clean

Pros: great location, nice floorplan, lots of space, great air con. Cons: the apartment needs a deep clean, mold in the shower, hair all over the bathroom, no hot water, dirt and scuffs all over the walls. Was fine for our short stay but I would have moved apts if my trip had been longer. Good potential if the hosting company gets a good cleaning done!

Great location. Apartment needs a refresh

The location was great and very walkable to Rome's top sites, especially the Vatican. However, we were disappointed in the condition of the apartment. There was mildew in the showers, and mold on the baseboards and walls near the shower. Supplies were also quite limited -- for example, one kitchen towel for a 4 night stay, no paper towels. The bathroom towel warmer/dryers were inoperative and our bath towels were damp/ never dried. The wardrobe was half full of random cushions and things with shelves disconnected. It could be a really nice place with some care and attention. Just not a good value for the price.
