Great experience!

One of the best villas in the area, well maintained, fully equipped, especially the kitchen, warm and helpful staff (thank you Elena and Costas). A heating system for the swimming pool would complete the villa.

Beautifully appointed villa with fantastic service.

The villa was so modern and fresh with a fantastic layout. It was very clean and everything was as (better than to be honest) anticipated from photos and description. Arrival info was sent well ahead of time and all accurate. Access very easy. Our "rep" was so helpful - minor issue with TV remote and a wonky toilet seat - both dealt with without question and very promptly. Cleaners came in after week 1 (2 week stay) and changed the bedding/towels and cleaned through - very thorough. The pool area was lovely - great seating areas for those who wanted sun or shade. Great outdoor eating area. All really well set out in a relatively small space. Dishwasher tablets/bin bags and washing powder were all provided which was very helpful. The villas are built for rentals and your neighbours are close and all around you so at height of season if they are all occupied you will hear your neighbours. Having said that the street the villas are located on are very peaceful and quiet so there's no through traffic. WE had a car and parking was very easy. The neighbourhood felt very safe. We absolutely loved our stay here - it was very comfortable and well equipped and I would highly recommend. Thanks to everyone involved for making our stay such a fantastic one! Just a nicety - suggest that you add a washing up bowl or a plug for the sink so hand washing up can be done rather than always using the dishwasher.

Fint och rent hus med alla bekvämligheter. Vi car där under höstlovet och då var det väldigt lugnt i området vilket vi uppskattade. Lite långt till mataffärer om man inte hade bil men finns bra möjligheter att näthandla vilket vi gjorde. Det funkade utmärkt.

Gute Lage, sehr schönes Haus in der Nebensaison

Wir haben zu Saisonende zwei Wochen als Familie im Haus verbracht. Die Umgebung ist sehr eng bebaut, in der Nebensaison war das aber weniger problematisch, weil nicht alle Häuser in der Umgebung belegt waren. Das Haus ist sehr gut und umsichtig eingerichtet, auch die Küche ist zum Kochen gut ausgestattet. Der herrliche, extrem gepflegte Strand ist zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Bushaltestelle fünf Minuten. Wir sind hervorragend ohne Mietwagen ausgekommen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war freundlich, verbindlich und schnell. Das Einzige nicht so Schöne war, dass die Wasserpumpe auch nachts in unregelmäßigen Abständen den Tank auf dem Dach nachfüllt. Das ist in einem der Schlafzimmer nachts sehr laut, in den anderen immer noch laut. Wer da empfindlich ist, braucht Ohrenstöpsel.

A Perfect Return to Pernera...

After a 2 year break from visiting sunny Pernera we were thoroughly looking forward to our return. The Villa Kalimera was a great find, and made our stay all the more enjoyable, it was in a great location and had everything we needed to make our visit an enjoyable one. The staff were also very friendly and always on hand if we had any questions. Will definitely recommend this Villa, and RentVillaCyprus if you are looking to holiday in Pernera. It would be good to replace the Safe, as guests like to have somewhere safe to leave their valuables. Good to see the pictures have been updated, as the original AirBnB ones didn't do it justice.
