We had a wonderful stay at Ferny Rigg Byre.
We had a wonderful stay at Ferny Rigg Byre. It’s excellently located for Kielder Observatory, as well as exploring other parts of Northumberland and Hadrian’s Wall. The accommodation itself was wonderful - very clean and cosy! We didn’t manage to join an alpaca walk, but it was lovely having them at the end of the garden every morning. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We had a very relaxing week staying at a fantastic cottage for two, everything was top notch, log burner was great especially after a days walking, the shower was like a deluge of hot water, just fantastic, you would be hard pushed to find better accommodation The Alpacas were interesting, not a sound from them ???Highly recommended ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Everything about this property was excellent. An extra bonus being the alpacas at the bottom of the garden.
