East Farmhouse Cottage is a lovely stone-built cottage situated in the village of Humshaugh just six miles from Hexham in Northumberland. The cottage can sleep four people in two double bedrooms together with family shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden. East Farmhouse Cottages is an ideal base for touring this beautiful part of the country.

A short drive will take you to pretty Corbridge, which dates back to Roman times and has pubs, specialist shops, and a 12th century bridge spanning the River Tyne. A day exploring the many delights of Hadrian’s Wall shouldn’t be missed and a little further afield will take you to the Heritage Coastline.
