Le cadre de cette petite maison est juste sublime. Les oliviers à perte de vue, le calme, tout est parfait. De plus elle est très bien équipée et agréable à vivre ! Je recommande vraiment cet hébergément.

Séjour médiocre

Logement sous terrasse style Bunker, propriété extérieure non entretenue, pas d’eau chaude le premier jour, la wifi ne fonctionne pas, peu d’ustensiles et vaisselles, et la literie vieillissante. Le prix de la nuitée est trop élevée par rapport au qualité et au service

Bonjour Arnaud, Nous sommes désolé de votre ressenti sur votre séjour. Quel dommage que vous ne vous soyez pas montré plus communiquant... Vous m'avez fait part du problème d'eau chaude que j'ai réglé dans l'heure, mais tous les autres problèmes que vous décrivez ne m'ont pas été communiqué pendant le séjour. Il eut été très facile pour nous de régler le problème de WIFI et de vous fournir tous les ustensiles que vous souhaitiez. Le lit est neuf et le matelas excellent. Désolé que vous soyez venu lors d'une période pluvieuse. Vous comprenez bien qu'il est difficile de tondre et de s'occuper des plantes sous la pluie. La maison a été rénovée entièrement il y a 2 ans au gout du jour (douche italienne, WC suspendu, cuisine neuve équipé, verrière,....) Elle fait 40 m2. Le terrain fait 1,2 ha.... Le prix des prestations est bien adapté. Mais la Provence est plus belle sous le soleil..... Cordialement,
