Logement bien situé pas trop près du vieux Annecy ce qui garantit calme et tranquillité La résidence est fermée et dispose assez de places de parking pour que vous puissiez y stationner votre véhicule. À proximité il y a un Intermarché et d’autres commerçants Mr Giraudon vous accueille à votre arrivée et à votre départ ; il le fait chaleureusement et n’hésite pas à vous donner des conseils sur ce qui est possible de faire activités aux alentours.

A moins de 10 min de la vieille ville, à pied

Grand appartement au 7 me étage d'une résidence sécurisée, où l'on peut très facilement garer, et à moins de 10 min à pieds de la vieille ville. Vue spectaculaire sur le cimetière, mais aussi sur le vieux château, et l’église. Grande cuisine équipée où l'on peut manger nombreux. Salon un peu spartiate, et pas de wifi !!! (mais c'est indiqué dans l'annonce). Il faut penser à amener les draps : c'était aussi indiqué dans l'annonce mais on n'avait pas bien lu. Heureusement que notre fille, sur place, a pu nous dépanner tard dans la nuit à notre arrivée. Notre loueur a été très disponible et réactif au téléphone. Allez en arrivant à l'office du tourisme récupérer le plan des canaux et des ballades à faire dans la vieille ville : c'est super intéressant

Perfect!

Bruno and Pascale were warm and welcoming from my first communication with them to the last good-by. Bruno happily met us at about 9 or 10pm and again met us right at our chosen departure time. The apartment was perfect for us! 3 teens slept comfortably in the living area. Kitchen and balcony were bigger than I expected with a beautiful view and we loved our walk along the canal to town each morning (& afternoon/evening). We were also close enough to walk to the lac! Annecy was wonderful— busy but wonderful! Merci Bruno and Pascale!

Positivo: -buena ubicación, a 10 minutos del centro histórico, por un camino agradable a lo largo del río. -vistas al castillo. -cocina reformada y bien equipada. -lavadora-secadora. Negativo: -apartamento antiguo, con olor a madera vieja, que necesita reformarse. -excesivamente sucio: tuvimos que barrer y limpiar el polvo, que estaba por todas partes. Las ventanas, sucísimas también. El apartamento no parecía haberse limpiado en tiempo. -las sábanas estaban viejas y las lavamos antes de utilizarlas, pues no olían bien. -varios enchufes rotos, la cadena del baño no funcionaba bien (tenías que pulsarla durante largo rato). -la entrada era a partir de las 16h. Avisamos de que llegaríamos a las 17h. y el dueño no apareció hasta media hora después. Con una temperatura de 30 grados y con cuatros niños pequeños, la espera no fue nada agradable. -el propietario nos pidió dinero por las sábanas y por la fianza. En Homeaway nos dijeron que no lo debíamos pagar. Según el propietario, en francés sí lo pone, por lo que dice que es un error de la traducción al español. Como valoración general, si bien la ubicación es buena, yendo con una familia con niños no lo recomiendo por lo sucio y descuidado que está el alojamiento. Nosotros no repetiremos.

Perfect location near old Annecy

Great location very close to a grocery and old Annecy, all within walking distance. Great views from the apartment and clean appartment. Bruno was a very good guest and very accommodating during our short stay in Annecy. I would definitely go back.

Appartement très bien disposé, a 5 minute de la vieille ville( prendre le chemin qui longe le cimetière puis le lycée derrière les immeubles) . appartement propre, confortable et calme situé au 7ème étage. cuisine très bien équipée, idéal pour 4, un peu juste à 5. Parking dans la résidence protégé par une grille télécommandé. petit intermarché a 5 mns a pied (même chemin que pour le centre mais partir vers la droite) bref, idéal pour découvrir Annecy

Appartement très lumineux et fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié cette résidence calme et sécurisée (avec parking), à 10' du vieil Annecy, par un sentier longeant le thiou, et non loin du lac d'Annecy. Nous en gardons un bon souvenir et pensons y revenir. Nous recommandons cette location !

Appartement fonctionnel aux nombreux placards et à la vue reposante, cuisine très bien équipée. Très appréciable de pouvoir se garer au pied de la résidence sécurisée. Le chemin menant à la vielle ville le long du Thiou est très agréable. Accès internet par hotspot free ou SFR/FON.

Appartement très agréable, parfaitement équipé, calme et reposant, très proche de la vieille ville et du lac (accessibles par un agréable chemin le long de la rivière). Parking fermé bien pratique et très appréciable. Balcon avec belle vue sur la ville et les montagnes. A recommander !
