This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo.Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.



The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. With over 1500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Spacious living and dining areas. Plasma TV in the family room, cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and central A/C. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have their own private full bathroom. The Master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom. The guest bedroom has two Queen beds and a full bathroom. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



There is an Inside utility room with a washer/dryer. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24-hour security, secure parking, and elevator access.



As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. The property is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!



Resort Access: To use the resort facilities, each guest aged 12 and older is required to wear a bracelet. A few days prior to arrival, the concierge team will request confirmation of the total number of guests, as well as the full name and a passport photo of each guest. This information allows the team to coordinate the bracelets in advance and have them ready in the condo on the day of arrival.



In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.
