My family of four spent four nights in this beautiful apartment right on the beach!! Comfortable beds, kitchen with dishes and a wonderful balcony for the gorgeous sunrises! Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

Aussicht und Lage super, den Rest kann man vergessen

Fotos alt, Weitwinkel vergrößert Raum, Unschönes (Nachbarhaus) weitgehend eliminiert; Starker Abfluss-Geruch in Bad + Küche/Wohnraum. Küche sehr klein, Schranktüren schief; zu schlecht ausgestattet, 1 großer Topf, 1 große und 1 kleine Pfanne; Geschirr im Schrank furchtbar dreckig, zum Glück gab es eine Spülmaschine. (Backofen und Waschmaschine nicht genutzt.) Kunststoffboden in Schlaf-/Wohn-/Essbereich deutlich neuer, als der Rest der Wohnung; aber auch nicht sauber. Bad ist winzig, für mehr als 2 Personen nicht geeignet. Regendusche/Duschkopfhalterung + Griff + Handtuchhalterung in Dusche wackeln, bzw. sind halb ausgerissen; Duschtür schließt nicht richtig, Führung ausgehängt; Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer nicht sehr sauber, Kleiderschrankschiebetüren im Kinderzimmer mit Vorsicht zubewegen; kippen. Rollladen muss händisch heruntergezogen werden, Feder ausgeleiert. Schiebetür zum Balkon extrem schwergängig. Balkon am Kinderzimmer, dadurch nicht für alle jederzeit zugänglich; Balkonmöbel völlig dreckig. Von Esstisch kein schöner Blick; auf Balkon kann man nicht essen. Kein Parkplatz im Preis inbegriffenen! Keine TG vorhanden! TG-Platz 2 Blocks weiter, für 15,-€/Tag (im Nov.) reservierbar. Buchungsvorgan und Check-in viel zu zeitaufwendig; Kommunikation zum Glück gut. Preis-Leistung nicht in Ordnung; schäbiger Gesamteindruck, der durch Fotos nicht deutlich wird; selbst geputzt, Endreinigung nicht bezahlt. Wohnung (insbes. zu dem Preis) + FeWo-direkt/vrbo nicht zu empfehlen.

Très belle vue. Possibilité de parking c'est un plus.

Appartement un peu vieillot très sonore aucune isolation entre les appartements. On ne peut pas manger sur le balcon pas de table. Lit trop petit pour la chambre des parents. Au 11e étage trop de vent en plus comme l'appartement se trouve en angle gros courant d'air. Salle de bain minuscule. Remontée d'odeur d'égout dans évier et lavabo. La porte coulissante pour aller sur le balcon est très dure elle ne glisse pas. Plus de soleil à partir de 15 heures sur le balcon.
