Rez de jardin fonctionnel et agréable.

Appartement bien situé par rapport au centre-ville, très bien quand on découvre La Rochelle en vélo pour quelques jours. Abri pour vélos. Conforme à la description. Pied à terre agréable et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Bon accueil et contact mail sympathique avec le propriétaire. Bien pour 2 personnes.

Très agréable, très bel appartement

l'emplacement est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes de marche de La Rochelle et dans une petite rue calme, quelques commerces et restaurant sont accessible à quelques pas de là. La location est bien équipée avec une petite terrasse très agréable. Je vous souhaite un bon séjour si vous réservez là bas

Le logement a été refait mais il était sale à notre arrivée. Le canapé lit est très inconfortable. Il manque des chaînes tv . Dommage.

L'appartement est neuf il a maintenant 3 ans et nous planifions un menage entre les locations systematique. Nous sommes intervenu des votre arrivée pour nettoyer la tache malheureusement oubliée par nos femmes de menage et regrettons que cela ne vous ai toujours pas convenu.

dans l'annonce renseigné 2 chambres alors qu'il n'y a que 1 chambre et canapé lit très inconfortable et + de 10 minutes de la place du marché, mais endroit calme et propre

Comme je vous l'ai expliqué par telephone pour cette location le site internet à transformé le nombre de couchages en chambres ce qui nest absolument pas logique et correct. Nous avons eu ce probleme uniquement pour cette location. Dans le descriptif de l'annonce, il est noté que l'appartement dispose d'une chambre et d'un salon avec canapé lit. Ce probleme a ete résolu sur le site internet. Concernant le canapé lit je suis désolé qu'il ai été un peu dur a votre gout.

Conforme à la description faite en ligne. Très bon rapport qualité /prix. Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire et le gérant. Idéalement situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville. Très calme bien que situé en centre ville. Parking privatif. Appartement neuf en rez-de-chaussée très agréable avec tout le confort il ne manquerait juste qu'un lave-vaisselle. Le WIFI fonctionne très bien ce qui est rare dans une location. Idéal pour visiter La Rochelle et ses environs. Je recommande fortement.

Appart fonctionnel et bien placé

L’appart est très propre et fonctionnel. Idéal pour un couple. Il est très bien situé à 5min en voiture des nationales et grandes surfaces et à 20min du centre de Larochelle à pieds… La connexion wifi est un peu légère Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé au Rez de chaussée d’une petite résidence très calme. Bien placé à 15/20 min à pied du centre, et non loin d’un supermarché de proximité. Également bien situé si on souhaite visiter les alentours de La Rochelle. L’accueil le jour même s’est très bien passé, et le contact avec le propriétaire à été très facile avant et pendant le séjour. Deux petites déceptions cependant, il manquait une petite table pour pouvoir manger dehors, et le lit d’appoint dans le salon qui a été utilisé par ma fille de 17 ans pendant 5 nuits ne s’est pas révélé aussi confortable que le pourrai être un vrai canapé lit. C’est ce que j’ai trouvé dommage. Mais je recommande cet endroit idéalement situé un peu en retrait de la ville au calme.
