Welcome to Residencial El Puerto, a very well-presented small apartment block located just 5 minutes’ walk from the exclusive Marina Rubicon.

Each apartment has a comfortable lounge area with sofa, flat screen TV Limited selection of channels, and wifi included in the price. There is a full kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave and there is access to a washing machine in the Solana.

There are 2 bedrooms, the master having a double bed and a further TV, Limited selection of channels, the second bedroom has twin beds (Apartment 4 has a second balcony from the master bedroom). There is a family bathroom with shower cubicle. Each apartment has either a small private patio or balcony ideal for an al fresco breakfast!

The communal areas are very well maintained with well-established gardens which includes local fruit trees which you are welcome to help yourself to. There is a communal solar heated pool with plenty of sunbeds ideal to relax on and enjoy the beautiful Lanzarote days.
These are non-smoking apartments; smoking is allowed on the terrace/patios.

Low score because of safety concers

The property was in lovely condition 2 small concerns the shower screen is broken and there was inadequate kitchen utensils especially if 4 people were staying barely enough for 2 never mind 4. No microwavable containers to cook with. But the reason for my low score was the shower mixer which is literally lethal, the hot water is scolding and more than a couple of mm movements in the mixer handle and the shower was scolding, which is easily done with a knife with and elbow etc. It needs replacing with a thermostically controlled shower mixer. I would not allow a child under 12 to use it if any of my grandchildren had been with us.
