Perfect sleeping arrangements for 3 couples and 5 children.

The location was a good walk to the beach for me. The other couples had no problems with walking. The kitchen was a perfect setup and air conditioning worked perfectly. We had an excellent 2 weeks and our 44 year old son got married at the castle on the middle Saturday.

Tranquil Mess

The proximity of the property to the beach is wonderful & being bring our dog was an added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked, everyone had a bed and we had a fantastic time. Overall the house is in need of updating, repair and a good cleaning. (Not sure what that cleaning fee is going towards) The non-operational outdoor shower was a bummer with 12 people in the house. We have enjoyed vacationing in many places across 20 years but would not return to this property.

Had a great week, but.

Had a great week but will not stay there again. It would been good if we had been aware it had a spiral staircase, you had to be very careful on them. We all were able to manage them but probably would not have rented if we had known, we are getting older. Also we will not need a place that accepts pets going forward. Property management did a great job responding to matters.

Family Friendly Beach trip

Awesome property with plenty of space for teenagers and adults. Convenient Beach access and plenty of amenities for a family vacation. Pets had a good time too!

Beautiful Treetop Beachhouse

Great location in a quiet community of single family homes with friendly neighbors and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked so need to bring anything. There was lots of sleeping space on the main and lower levels, but navigating the spiral staircase inside can be a challenge for kids, the elderly, and pets. In addition, the wide slots in the railings may be hazardous for very small children and tiny pets (likely no issues for big kids and big pets).

Great spot a stones throw away from the ocean.

Property was spacious and clean, would stay here again. Property management company wouldn’t give us the thermostat passcode to turn heat on when it got really cold one night. They insisted someone had to come out to unlock it, when they could have just provided us with the code.
