Welcome to the Isola Rossa facility, located in Alberese, Grosseto. This welcoming property includes two accommodations. The first, on the ground floor, is a two-room apartment composed of a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed for 2 people, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, ideal for up to 4 people.

The strong point is the large private outdoor space with porch and garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors and organizing barbecues thanks to the barbecue.

The second accommodation is a studio apartment located in the basement, but very bright and dry thanks to the sunlight it receives during central hours. It is independent and guarantees a peaceful stay, away from the noise of the building. In summer, it offers a cool and naturally temperate climate, without the need for air conditioning. The studio apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, large bathroom and a large double bed or two single beds, offering comfort and privacy.

Guests of both accommodations can enjoy the fenced swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower to cool off after a day in the sun.

Located in the charming village of Alberese, in the Maremma Park, the property is close to essential services and excellent restaurants, offering an authentic experience of Tuscany. A free parking space is available, while pets are allowed for a surcharge. You can rent an Ebike or bicycle for a fee, and there is storage for motorbikes and bicycles.

To reach the beach of Marina di Alberese, about 6 km away, guests have various transport options available: car, bicycle or a convenient shuttle bus that connects the village to the beach, ensuring easy access for all visitors.
