About this property

This lovely 3-bedroom ground floor apartment is located in the beautiful resort of Limnaria Gardens. The apartment has a terrace facing the landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools including overflow walk-in pool with large integral jacuzzi and children’s pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. There is plenty of space on the terrace for sunbathing. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A good-sized living and dining room with direct access to the terrace. The apartment is only located 300 meters from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk.
Note: Occupancy - 4 people. For an additional child a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.
NOTE:The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present.
