Access via a private gated entrance to a Spacious ground floor apartment with an open plan lounge leading to kitchen dining area with a glass dining table and kitchen. Two bedrooms; master bedroom with en-suite shower room and second bedroom which is set up with 2 single beds. Further shower room. Both bathrooms have been recently upgraded so are fresh and lovely to use. Modern furniture Throughout. Huge outside terrace with dining table and 4 loungers, has gate and gets both sun and plenty of shade. Access to communal pool with spectacular views down to the sea. Loungers available. WiFi, iptv TV, heating/Air con, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven and dishwater all available. On street car parking or private secure garage space available. Short uphill walk to village with all its amenities.

Beautiful apartment

We had a brilliant stay at this beautiful apartment, everything you could possibly need is supplied ! The roof terrace is stunning with amazing views and has sun beds and parasols for your use ! Short hilly walk to centre of village where all the lovely shops restaurants etc are located . Loved it

We stayed for 11 days in this apartment in Mijas Pueblo. The apartment was excellent and the agent, Alex, was brilliant. available at all times on WhatsApp for any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment!

Lovely apartment in the middle of Mijas, the aparment had everything you need and the air con was a blessing, as it was so hot when we were there. The pool and terrace is amazing, pool towels were also left for our use. Check-in was easy and the host was amazing, thank you Karen.

Fantastic

Had a great stay at Karen’s apartment. Everything was as described and immaculately clean. It had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The roof top swimming pool was a bonus with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas . Only a short 10 min walk to the village . Would highly recommend.

A gem of an apartment

A fantastic apartment equipped with everything you need. Communication with owner was first class. The complex is lovely and so well looked after. A short, but steep, walk into town where there are loads of bars and restaurants.

Lovely property

Lovely spaciousproperty in an ideal location 10m walk to the village. Everything you need included plus a relaxing pool area with great views. Great communication and flexibility from karen as my booking changed a few times due to covid. Also was very kind in letting me stay on as my flight home was late into the,evening. Would def recommend if holidaying.in the beautiful mijas pueblo area. ..Janet

Lovely Apartment

Lovely apartment, well stocked with utensils, towels, crockery etc New refurbished swimming pool, new sun loungers and new sun parasols which were great, with spectacular views too. A pleasant 10 min walk to the village which has an abundance of restaurants and shops. Karen was very efficient to deal with, and was very obliging to let us have use of the apartment for the day as we had an evening flight. Alison

Clean with everything you need.

Well equipped kitchen area. Comfortable beds. Nice shower rooms. Downsides....access to swimming pool. You have to walk up the street, through carpark area and up quite a few steps onto roof. Also the outside area to flat has no "view" just looks onto road/parked cars and it's very "enclosed" which makes it a bit dark. Really only useful for hanging washing out. Alsarea.

Nette Unterkunft in guter Lage zum Zentrum

Das Appartement ist in sehr guter Lage zum Ortskern von Mijas Pueblo. Die Größe ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Leider hat man von der sehr großen Terrasse keinen schönen Ausblick, um diesen zu genießen muss man in den Poolbereich, der über einige Meter die Straße hinauf erreichbar ist. Alles in allem sind wir begeistert von Mijas, würden allerdings dieses Appartement nicht mehr mieten.

Très bien

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Mijas Pueblo le village est animé et il y a de jolies boutiques et de bons restaurants. Il y a de belle balades à faire un peu trop loin des plages à mon goût. La literie est de qualité les équipements de la cuisine sont moyens il manque de mon point de vue de la vaisselle et une cafetière moderne . La communication avec l’hôte est très facile et elle est très réactive

estaria mejor si tienes muchos anos alquilar un coche porque hay muchas caminatas empinadas. La vida en el pueblo de Mijas es muy tranquila asi puedes relarjarse bien alli.

Tres bon sejour dans un magnifique village !

Location propre, bien décorée, dans le village animé mais calme ! Karen est une hôte qui répond rapidement ! Facilité d'arrivée et départ. Rosario la voisine très sympa ! Un petit bémol pour la proximité de la rue heureusement peu passante et calme.
