Chalet Le Roitelet

Le Roitelet is a chalet with character that sleeps up to 8 people and has a living area of around 100 m2. It comprises two floors of living space, with a cellar room in the basement.
The ground floor comprises a kitchen-dining room, a toilet and a double bedroom. The first floor comprises a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, plus a toilet/bathroom. Two of the bedrooms open onto a south-facing balcony.
The chalet is surrounded by a large private garden with table and barbecue. Two private parking spaces are located next to the chalet for private vehicles. The chalet has its own wi-fi network. Other facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine and garden furniture.
Pets are welcome; we have our own dog, an Australian Shepherd.

Included in the rental price: tourist tax, heating, hot water, electricity.

Not included in the rental price: bed linen and household linen (available on request against payment, please contact us) and final cleaning.

Peaceful Alpine Escape

A lovely chalet in a quiet location, ideal for lovers of the natural world. Great views and wonderful wild flowers in the natural meadow garden. The interior of the chalet was clean and well equipped and comfortable. We would return another time.

Le chalet est très agréable à vivre, fonctionnel, avec une jolie vue sur les Dents de Veisivi et le Pigne d'Arolla, d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le village de La sage est magnifique.Un tout petit bémol, pas grave: le matériel de cuisine n'est pas tout à fait suffisant (ex pas de mixer, pas de presse-ail...).

La note de "9,8 Exceptionnel" est tout à fait injustifiée et laisse supposer une manipulation des avis publiés. Chalet situé entre un raccard qui bouche la vue , un hangar agricole, un autre raccard avec dépôt de matériel sous des tôles ondulées. Aucune vue, Espace de séjour très exigu et sombre. Sièges insuffisants au salon, (nous étions 5 mais le chalet est annoncé pour 8 !!!!! au secours) Douche anachronique à prendre assis ou à genoux dans une baignoire. Taches de sang sur l'alèse du lit du rez. Chaise de jardin a moitié cassée, qui a provoqué une chute et la rupture du reste de la chaise. J'ai loué plus de 30 chalets en Suisse dans ma vie , et en particulier 4 ces 4 dernières années, dont 3 par Abritel : ceci est la plus mauvaise expérience, pour un prix plus élevé que des chalets bien supérieurs (Olga à St Luc notamment) Pour le reste le chalet est fonctionnel, mais le sentiment d'avoir été induit en erreur par une notation inadéquate crée une forte frustration.

Agréable chalet.

Chalet spacieux et bien équipé. Qq améliorations possibles mentionnées au propriétaire. Agréable de trouver en arrivant des ingrédient de cuisine de base.Vue sur la vallée et le Pigne d'Arolla un peu limitée par haies et arbres. Mais comme l'on passe l'essentiel du temps en randonnée à l'extérieur, c'est somme toute, mineur.

Ein entspannter Urlaub in wunderschöner Winterwelt

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in dem Chalet "Le Roitelet" verbracht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Bus hält direkt vor dem Chalet, sehr praktisch, wenn man das Auto mal stehen lassen will. Wunderschöne Umgebung, absolut ruhige Lage. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der uns sogar angeboten hat, eine Nacht länger zu bleiben - ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Evolène ist ein sehr hübscher Ort mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
