Our 6 large self catering apartments reflect the wide open, gentle Umbrian countryside. Spacious, comfortable, elegant, with fully equipped kitchen waiting for your Crostini al Tartufo or your Pasta alla Norcina. Cosy bathrooms that guarantee for a perfect start into just another glorious day. Antique Italian furniture, carefully restored by us over the last years, combined with land art elements provide the pleasant environment for a relaxed stay: open a bottle of refreshing Umbrian Grechetto, read the book you have laid aside too often, and just relax!

We have deliberately done without TV and sound machines, and experience shows that people don´t miss it. Our WIFI and your tablets are obviously a good alternative.
