Muy buena. La casa amplia y cómoda. Lo que engaña es la foto de la piscina. Parece enorme, ver la foto que adjunta, y luego es una piscinita de 4 x 3 m...y poco profunda. Además en una zona de sombra y muy fría el agua. Lo demas es correcto.

A lovely visit to Bombarral

We had a very nice time in this large, rustic style property. The charming medieval town of Obidos is a short drive away, as are several beaches, with options good for surfing or also quieter bays. The owners responded rapidly to our queries but otherwise left us alone, and there are several large supermarkets a short drive away. The only slight complaint I have is the size of the pool - if you plan on lots of pool time then make sure you search Google Images of the name of the property rather than relying on the picture used to market it on Vrbo. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely rural property

We stayed in Vale d’Azenha for a week in August, 5 adults & 5 children. It is situated in a rural area, surrounded by impressive rocks and forest scenery. The property appear to have been converted from a small hotel into a self-catering villa, it is specious, with large garden and every room has en-suite bathroom. Although it has character, the layout isn’t great: one of the bedrooms is wedges between the kitchen & dinning room, the kitchen is dark and gets full of flies (no nets on any windows), the ground floor doesn’t have access to the garden and the pool is very small, only suitable 2-3 people as a plunge pool. The location is very convenient for visiting Peniche and Obidos and enjoying many of the beaches and coasts nearby. Our host Carla was very helpful and attentive. We recommend this place for large family groups.

Beautiful Home in the Country

Let me start by saying the home is gorgeous in a great quite spot. The photos are accurate and the amenities are nice. You will enjoy your stay but make sure that you ask the owner to do something about the flies and the mildew/black mold in the master bedroom. We arrived to a house filled with flies. We must have killed 100 or so the first day in every room. The master bedroom also had a mildew smell and we ended up finding black mold in the room. We also weee not notified ahead of time that the washing machine was not working and lost a whole day to laundry as we packed light and planned on doing a small load each day at night. I did make the owner aware of the issues and she said she would clear them up. Just ask first. Other than that it is a beautiful home in A quiet area. It is 40 minutes from the coast, 50 from Lisbon and 2.5 hours from Porto.

Casa e propriedade com excelentes condições para fim de semana (ou mais dias) para desfrutar em grupo. No nosso caso tratou-se de uma despedida de solteiro e tudo esteve acima do que tínhamos idealizado em termos de condições da casa. Localização isolada própria para aproveitar as valências do espaço. Aconselhamos a propriedade e será sempre um espaço a ter em conta numa próxima oportunidade.

Perfect place for a big group

The location is beautiful, isolated and adapted to a large group. Bathrooms in every bedrooms have been appreciated ! And every things we need is furnished. The only thing we couldn't have tested is the spa which was in reparation.
