Hot tub (private). Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Oxley Cottage is a beautifully restored former outbuilding in brilliant area for your holiday. Situated on a working farm, this property has plenty of character added by fantastic furnishings and wooden beams throughout. Set over one level, Oxley Cottage offers great views of the outside paddock from the kitchen, where alpacas are just one of the attractions on show. Outdoors is a seating area where you can sit back, relax and soak up the sun.

There is plenty to see and do for all your family in the area, with the North Sea Observatory at Chapel St Leonards on the beach, which is well worth a visit. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just along the coast, as is Fantasy Island at Ingoldmells with its huge funfair and market. Gibraltar Point nature reserve is to the south of Skegness, and inland there are the market towns of Alford, Louth and Horncastle to explore. Furthermore, enjoy a day out on the coast visiting the traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe, travel inland to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds or enjoy some motor racing at Cadwell Park.

Lincoln makes a great day out with its cathedral, castle and Magna Carta visitor centre. Beach 8½ miles. Shop 6¼ miles, pub 2 miles, restaurant 7½ miles.
