Magnificent Villa 5min walk to beach

Robert's House offers the best panoramic view of Málaga's Mediterranean harbour, yacht club, and the surrounding mountains, with Africa clearly visible on clear, sunny days.

This luxurious villa is situated in the city’s best private residential area, “El Candado,” in a quiet setting with completely unobstructed panoramic views. If you want to treat yourself and your family or friends to a high-end holiday, this is the place. 

The cottage is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach at “El Palo,” famous for its traditional beachside seafood restaurants, including the well-known “Tintero,” where waiters auction off the seafood and serve it directly to customers.
We are situated just a 10-minute walk from the nearest supermarket and golf course, as well as a 24-hour petrol station. Málaga International Airport is only 17 km away.

Málaga’s city centre is just a 15-minute drive away, or you can take the local bus, which is a 5-minute walk from the house. The city centre is home to the famous Pablo Ruiz Picasso Foundation Museum, the cathedral, city monuments, the castle, the bullring, large shopping and entertainment centers, small shops, restaurants, banks, pubs, nightclubs, cafés, internet cafés, cinemas, churches, markets, pharmacies, and more.

Upon entering the house, the hallway leads to a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a living room, and the staircase.
You can choose to sleep in either the bedroom on the upper floor or the bedrooms downstairs.

From the living room, there is access to the terrace, which features a dining table and a BBQ, with views of the beach, the Bay of Málaga, the Yacht Club, and the surrounding mountains, as well as our pool area.

The living room is spacious and offers beautiful views; it is air-conditioned and decorated in a modern style. In one corner of the living room, there is a large dining area that seats 8 people, with enough space for 2 additional high chairs.

Taking the stairs to the lower level, there are 4 separate bedrooms, each with direct access to the pool.

If, by chance, we decide to sleep in our fifth bedroom located on the upper floor, we’ll also enjoy a fully equipped, independent kitchen, a bathroom, and a cosy living room with amazing views of the beach.

Downstairs, the first room is specially designed for children, featuring toys, bookshelves, and special bed guards for small children.

The second bedroom features a double bed and is ideal for parents who want to be close to their children.

The third bedroom is perfect for couples and includes a private bathroom.

Last but not least is the fourth bedroom, known as the master bedroom suite, which features a private bathroom and air conditioning, just like all the other bedrooms.
The downstairs bedrooms have three bathrooms—one large and two small—and all offer access to the swimming pool as well as views of the sea and the garden.

There are terraces surrounding the house, each with its own unique charm. The swimming pool measures 7.5 by 3.5 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.80 to 1 metre, and is located on the ground floor, where there is a dining table, a garden sofa, 8 lovely sun loungers, and shower facilities.

Outdoor parking is available thanks to 24-hour private security.

If you require bed linens and towels, please let us know when you make your reservation. Prices: 10 euros per person, which includes 1 set of linens, a duvet cover, 1 set of hand and shower towels, and beach towels if needed.
