The property features 4 spacious and elegant bedrooms, equipped with large beds (2x2 metres), distributed across several floors to offer privacy and comfort. On the upper floor, the master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with spectacular views. On the middle floor, another bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobes and a cosy terrace perfect for outdoor dining. On the ground floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with en-suite bathrooms.



The dining room impresses with high ceilings and luxury furnishings, opening onto a terrace with partial views of the sea and the city. The independent kitchen, modern and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and a central island, is ideal for preparing delicious meals. Additionally, it features a patio with a gas hob for added convenience.



Outside, you can relax by the communal swimming pool, enjoy the garden with furniture, barbecue area and sun loungers. The property also offers free WiFi connection and parking space included.



The swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, which may vary according to season or internal decisions.



Its location is privileged, with supermarkets, restaurants such as Mamma Mia, Kaele (Japanese), cafés and bars just a few metres away, combining leisure and gastronomy without losing the tranquillity of the surroundings.



The villa has a capacity for 8 people, covers 500 m², 20 m² of terrace, iron, heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation, community and children's swimming pool, two televisions with satellite TV. The kitchen has induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
