About this property

Lightfull, quiet and very well located

This pretty attic apartment is very well located in a sought after area and enjoys a view and a calm extremely appreciated. This is the top of a detached house and it is totally independent. Very bright, it also has a small private terrace not overlooked, facing south where you can have breakfast, make small barbecues or simply do nothing but listening to the seagulls...
From the living room you have a beautiful view of the golf course and the sea.
A room with a bed 160 (new bedding) and a living room with a sofa bed 120 andan extra bed 110, can accommodate 4 people.
Outside you have a private courtyard to store bikes, motorcycles, scooters, strollers, golf carts or surfboards that you can also put in safety in a closed stairwell.
A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house located in a very quiet dead end.
Finally we leave available board games, many DVDs, enough to make good food for gourmets and not bored on rainy days, but in the Basque Country you can not get bored!
The decor is simple and created by us, photos and other skirmishes are our bill, and yes, we are a little artists from time to time.

Quiet apartment walking distance to beach

Sunny and quiet apartment with free parking. Views of the sea and artificial golf course. The walking distance to the beach was about 15 minutes so was convenient. Cleanliness was superficial and not deep cleaned. All the linen, towels smelt badly even if washed and the host did attempt to give me another set but they smelt the same. I recommend he gets professional cleaner for the apartmetn plus for the laundry. The host didn't seem very interested in giving me instructions to check in or out. I had to take the initiative which I don't know why I should have to ask. It was a big pain to drag my suitcase up and down the steep stairs and the owner just stays below. I had the impression he could not care less and this is a property purely for income purposes and investment. In any case, I slept well despite these issues.

Les commentaires de cette personne sont étonnants et peu admissibles. Elle a eu la possibilité d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. J'étais sur place à tout moment pour répondre à ses besoins car j'habite en dessous, mais elle n'a jamais rien demandé sauf des draps estimant qu'ils sentaient mauvais. Je n'ai jamais eu ce genre de commentaires sur la propreté hors je loue depuis des années et en continu. Elle n'a d'ailleurs pas laissé l'appartement dans un état impeccable hors je ne facture pas de frais de ménage supplémentaires. Quant à l'escalier il est signalé et photographié sur l'annonce donc il n'y a aucune surprise. Je regrette donc d'avoir mis un avis positif sur cette voyageuse et je rectifie ici en ne la recommandant pas du tout.

L appartement est très bien situé. La vue est superbe. C est calme . Il faudrait néanmoins un peu le remettre en état. La faïence de la douche se décolle. Des ampoules du plafonnier seront à changer . Mettre des casseroles avec des manches qui tiennent . Sinon c est parfait .

Petit appartement vu sur le golf du phare. Une chambre confortable avec un lit double un lit et un clic clac avec une armature un peu rude. Cosy joliment décoré et correctement équipé. Idéal j’imagine en été les plages et Biarritz n’étant pas loin. Un grand escalier d’une trentaine de marches pour accéder au logement.

L'appartement est très lumineux, bien équipé et idéalement situé pour découvrir la région aussi bien à pieds qu'en voiture. Vue sur le golf de Biarritz et l'océan. Premières vacances à 3 avec notre bébé de 4 mois et le logement était adéquat. Manuel est très réactif et nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux, merci!

Una estancia maravilloss

El apartamento esta muy bien situado, a 20 minutos aproximadamente de Biarritz centro. Es un apartamento pequeño y acogedor, muy bonito y con todos los utensilios necesarios. Manuel, el propietario de la casa, nos ha recibido muy bien, facilitandonos en todo momento todo tipo de informacion. Hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable en Anglet, por lo que repetiremos sin ninguna duda.

L endroit idéal

L appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos : un vrai bijou !Et idéalement placé ( quartier saint charles de biarritz à 5 mn à pied et plage de la petite chambre d amour à 10mn à pied ) Vue sur le golf et sur la mer ( au loin)dans la pièce de vie très agréable, la salle de douche et la cuisine sont très fonctionnelles , la chambre a une literie très confortable et la toute petite terrasse a été la bienvenue le soir de canicule . Manu a été plus qu accueillant ! Et plein de délicates attentions ( bien agréable d avoir les basiques déjà en place : huile, vinaigre, capsules de café .....Et un livre de recommandations sur les restaurants , glaciers etc .) mille mercis Manu !

Séjour très agréable chez Manuel, l'appartement est tres lumineux et extrêmement bien localisé pour profiter des plages et aller se balader. Emolacement très calme à proximité du golf la vue est donc très chouette et reposante. Je recommande sans hésitation

Très bon séjour

Manuel nous a très bien reçu chez lui. L'appartement est tres bien équipé et très bien situé près du phare de Biarritz avec une très belle vue sur le golf et la mer. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Un petit cocon avec une vue superbe !

Séjour au top ! Manuel est très disponible et flexible sur les horaires ce qui est très appréciable. L'appartement est un réel petit cocon bien pensé et très bien aménagé. Mais le réel plus de cet appartement reste la vue dont on ne se lasse pas !
