Best location!!

We had a good experience staying in this apartment primarily because of its outstanding location. We could walk to everywhere we needed to in downtown Madrid and never once used the metro although the metro station was only 1 minute from the apartment. It was perfect for a family of six or fewer because it had three bedrooms with double beds. The two showers and toilets worked well but the bathroom was a bit musty . Having a refrigerator and stove was super convenient and both worked well especially since there was a market around the corner. Our only issue was we did not know how to get the air conditioning on (or it was broken - not sure). Thankfully, the apartment comes with multiple fans which were fantastic to use at night and solved the problem of the June heat. I highly recommend this apartment if location is your priority and you have six or fewer people. It is not fancy but it is practical and it’s safe!

Gute Kommunikation aber teilweise nicht ganz sauber

Die Kommunikation mit Maria war sehr gut. Wir hätten uns gewünscht dass die Räume teilweise nicht ganz so dreckig sind. Maria hat uns aber sofort angeboten eine Putzfrau zu schicken um alles entsprechend zu reinigen. Sonst war alles top. Für 10 Leute ist die Wohnung ziemlich klein aber für ein paar Tage geht das schon.
