Just a short stroll away, you'll find the iconic Retiro Park, perfect for leisurely walks and picnics. Explore the nearby Goya Street for boutique shopping and savour delicious Spanish cuisine at the many cafes and tapas bars.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room with ascreen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining area with a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door inviting you onto a furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

Two bedrooms are fitted with double beds and third one with a single bed All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Lucero is a vibrant residential neighbourhood located in the western part of Madrid, Spain. Known for its lively atmosphere and local charm, it offers a unique blend of urban convenience and tranquillity. This neighbourhood particularly appeals to those seeking a quieter living environment while still being well-connected to the city's heart.

One of the standout features of Lucero is its green spaces and parks, providing residents with areas for relaxation and outdoor activities. The nearby Casa de Campo, one of Madrid's largest parks, offers ample opportunities for hiking, picnicking, and enjoying nature.

Lucero also boasts excellent transportation links, with several Metro and bus lines passing through, making accessing other parts of Madrid easy. You'll find a variety of local shops, cafes, and restaurants where you can savour traditional Spanish cuisine and experience the warmth of the community.

Whether looking for a peaceful place to call home or a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle, Lucero offers a delightful and welcoming neighbourhood to explore and enjoy.

It is important not to disturb the neighbourhood.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, BBatán, is just a 3-minutes walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
