In a nice area.. A bit out of the way, but close to a Metro link. AC unit that is in the dining area needs to be moved about 2 meters into the living room area to cool the entire apartment better.. Kitchen facilities are very basic and could use a larger coffee pot.. Comfortable seating for more than 3 in the living area would also be nice. We had 5. Very nice apartment.

Almost there but not quite...

6 in the family. Took a chance on this. Kitchen sink backed up. Air conditioning didn't work at all. Very hot with windows all the way open. We had a lot of mosquitoes, ants, noise. The kitchen sink backed up and the washer overflowed. It was close to the metrorail but still a sadness that we started our trip in such a mediocre property. We were also told we would need to pay extra in cash €35 since we checked in after 830pm. It never said that in the booking. We feel this was a scam. And they wanted every single passport photo after they had our money.

Estuvimos muy comodos en el apartamento, muy bien comunicado en bus con Atocha y la Plaza Mayor y cerca del centro comercial. Una avenida llena de bares y tiendas. Los propietarios muy atentos y agradables en todo momento.

El dueño se preocupó por un incidente que teníamos y no sabíamos cómo resolver,nos tuvimos que quedar algunos de nosotros un día más y no nos puso inconveniente. El metro está a tan solo 5min. andando del apartamento. Zona tranquila y bien ubicada para poder desplazarte. Sin duda alguna tenemos que volver a Madrid y volveremos a coger la ste apartamento.

Ruhig gelegen in einem Wohngebiet, trotzdem Nahe an der U-Bahn und an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zwegmäsige Wohnung mit kleiner Küche und kleinem Bad. Gute bequeme Betten. Unkomplizierter netter Kontakt zur Schlüsselübergabe. Nur das Badezimmer könnte etwas sauberer geputzt werden.

Situata in una zona tranquilla, non rumorosa ma, allo stesso tempo, molto servita. A pochi minuti si trova un centro commerciale dove poter trovare di tutto. Inoltre, molto vicina la fermata metro Usera. Personalmente, cio' che ho apprezzato di più, è stata la grande disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario: il nostro aereo ha avuto un ritardo di 6 ore, siamo arrivati alle 2 di notte a Madrid, nonostante questo, il proprietario ci ha risposto immediatamente al telefono (con un perfetto italiano, tra l'altro) e ci ha portato prontamente le chiavi! La consiglio vivamente!!!!

Muy bueno como opción para unos días. Primer piso sin ascensor, barrio tranquilo y cerca del metro. Por poner algo a mejorar alguna silla y algunos cubiertos para cuando se come o cena allí.
