Tlthe stay was great! Very safe area. Super close to the metro which is easy to use. Lots of places to eat close vy. The apartment is super clean and exactly like the pictures.

The apartment was very clean and check-in/check-out process was very easy. Communication with the owner was wonderful and prompt. The neighborhood is a little beyond the touristy areas of Rome, which was nice. There are many nice restaurants and stores, including the Trattoria Micci on Via Angelo Doria (excellent wood-fired pizza and Roman dishes), SoloVino just up Via Rialto to the left (wonderful selection of wines, an interesting aperitif menu, and three types of Spritz), and Paciotti Salumeria on the corner of Via Rialto and Via Cipro (great selection of meats, cold cuts, and cheese). For convenience, a Conad is only a couple of blocks away. There are also three farmacias nearby. Our visit was great and the apartment was exactly as advertised.

Wonderful stay.

I have never seen an apartment so clean. Everything worked perfectly. We enjoyed everything in this apartment. So well located too. All look exactly like the photos. We really enjoyed our stay. Hope to go back one day. We recommand this lovely modern apartment.

A wonderful apartment

The apartment was so clean and very well stocked. The location is a 20 minute walk from the Vatican and a short walk to the metro station. Italia is very easy to contact and very helpful. We stayed for 11 weeks and were very happy with this property.

Great apartment near Vatican

This apartment is a great option right across from the metro and a 7 minute walk to the Vatican in a good neighborhood. It is spacious, modern and well designed. We had everything we needed. Checking in was a breeze and the location was fantastic. We had a rental car and parking on the street is hard to come by. There is a parking garage directly across the street that charged us 25 euros per day. We were there for 4 nights and had a great time in Rome. We would stay in this apartment again!

As Described

Close to metro station and convenient to get to tourist areas like colosseum and the Vatican. Very clean apartment and necessities were available. Near by supermarket but hard to find unless u know where it is. Metro station is closed after a certain time so check your arrival time and confirm it’s open. We found out the hard way and ended up having to take a taxi after 10pm on a weekend because it was closed. Will stay again. Host responded well to questions.

The apartment was amazing, very clean very up-to-date and modern. Italia was the best host helping us with many things during our trip. I highly recommend this place and would stay here if I ever get back to Rome!!!

Nice apartment, good relay point to other sites

The apartment was spacious and worked very well for us. My wife and I stayed in one room while our daughters stayed in the other. Having two bathrooms also made it great. The kitchen area worked nicely as we made dinner for the kids a couple nights while we went out for dinner. Part of the a/c was out in the apartment while we were there but it was barely noticeable. The whole place was cool while we were there. Italia was in communication with us about what was happening so we were not in the dark. The section of the city that we were in was pretty residential. While there were places to go for food, we had just come from Paris and they were not quite as plentiful as there. However, we loved the cafe right across the street and went there every day for morning coffee. Plus we easily found multiple places for dinner. The place is literally across the street from a metro stop so getting to the rest of the city was easy. Italia had the apartment set up so that keys were not necessary. Everything was digital and coded. You'll get some videos to show what was necessary to check in. I watched the videos but then forgot them completely when arriving. I reached out to Italia and was reminded and all was good.

Modern living in the heart of Rome

Very clean, modern and homey! Italia provided everything we needed to be at home away from home. Great location! Very convenient and walking distance to most attentions and just 2 minutes walk to the Metro. Beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome.

A home in Rome

We stayed here for a week and it was like being at your own home in Rome. The property is exactly as pictured and described, with a kitchen well equipped enough that we had all of our meals there for the entire stay. Our host was communicative, responsive and helpful, and the entire experience made us seriously consider renting another Vrbo instead of staying at a hotel for our next trip.
