There is a nearby bus stop so you can visit neighbouring towns like Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos.The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.



JACUZZI USE IN THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: Children up to 13 years old can access if accompanied by parents/legal guardians. Minors aged 14 and 15 can access with written authorization from parents/legal guardians.



IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. Pets/youth groups are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.

A Nice appartement close to the sea.

I really liked the appartement with its big terras. Comfortable furniture, And the location was perfect so close to the sea and restaurants I would improve, that the swimmingpool is open from May till October, we mist it a lott.
