The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double with a 135cm double bed, television and terrace. The other has two single beds and a wardrobe. The living room has a sofa area with a TV, a dining table and the free WIFI router. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with a washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, vitro, toaster, blender, crockery and everything you need to cook. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The terrace on the upper floor has a covered dining area to be in the shade and another area with some armchairs and their tables. There are also a couple of sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and a tap with its cupboard for plates and cutlery. The views from here are impressive.
As can be seen in the photos, it is located on the beachfront. Therefore, you only have to leave the building and cross the promenade to reach the sand with your feet. Along the promenade you can find the best restaurants to delight your palate with the best delicacies of the area. Also inside the neighborhood there are very good restaurants. The area is wonderful.
The center of Malaga is 10 minutes away by car or bus. Of course there are bus stops in the vicinity. In the neighborhood you can find absolutely everything you need, there are all kinds of shops and supermarkets.

CHECK-OUT
The keys are delivered directly to the house. A person will receive you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area.
The entrance hours are as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over the keys, leaving the luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but as soon as it is ready, we notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
