AT 9 km far from the shores of Garda Lake, in a small ancient and peaceful village, charming apartment on the ground floor of an old renovated farmhouse (6 apartments in total).

The accommodation consists of one lovely bedroom and a large living room with kitchen from which you can access a large private terrace for the exclusive use of customers. Available to all guests is a pleasant equipped garden kids playground from which you can admire the western shore of Garda Lake.

Liano is located a little higher above the town of Gargnano, on the western shore of Garda Lake, an ideal place for trekking, mountain biking, tennis, horse riding; but also water sports such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, pleasure boating, sport fishing, diving.

In the surroundings, the numerous natural, amusement and water parks offer unrepeatable opportunities for recreation for both the youngest and adults. It\'s a must the path departing from Limone (15 km) directly build on the lake for 2,5 km.

Do not miss the small beaches that line the Garda as well as the boat that will take you to the eastern shore of Garda.

Das Appartment IRIS in Liano ist ruhig gelegen am Rande eines mittelalterlichen Dorfes und gut erreichbar über eine kurvenreiche Straße vom Gardasee. Parkplätze sind reichlich an der Straße vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist groß und schön ausgestattet und hat eine große, von einer Bruchsteinmauer umgebene Terrasse (daher kein Fernblick auf den See). Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Töpfen und Pfannen und Geschirr könnte reichhaltiger sein ( keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden für Filterkaffee). Die Umgebung ist gut geeignet zum Wandern. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

The decor is good but dirty. We were unlucky with the weather, 11° outside and rain, but 16° and humid inside is horrible. It is forbidden to turn on the heating under penalty of a fine of 10 euros per day. No microwave, kitchen equipment reduced to a minimum, not even a coffee maker. Wifi not usable TV "no signal". If you like to pay to feel poor, this is ideal! Le décor est bien mais sale. On n'a pas eu de chance pour le temps, 11° à l'extérieur et pluie, mais 16° et humide à l'intérieur c'est horrible. Interdiction de mettre le chauffage sous peine d'une amende de 10 euros par jour. Pas de micro-onde, matériel de cuisine réduit au minimum, même pas de cafetière. Wifi non utilisable TV "no signal". Si vous aimez payer pour vous sentir pauvre, c'est l'idéal !

Leider war dies sehr abseits auf dem Berg vom Ort entfernt . Die Steckdosen sind in Italien anderster Wenig ausgestattete Küche für Familien Bettwäsche nicht vollständig vorhanden Ruhige Lage mit liege Möglichkeit und großer Terrasse dies war ein Plus Punkt . Leider sehr abseits und Internet geht dadurch nicht .
