We absolutely loved this place! It was spotlessly clean and full of amenities. Very cozy but spacious with a perfect blend of old and new style. Pictures don't even do it justice. Excellent location, close to everything. This would be our first choice if staying in Norwich again. It's a true gem.
Just little thing, more information on appliances. Hand Towel plus 2 towels would be good. Plus towel rail in bathroom. Other than those everything else was great.

Hi Helen,
Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't feel there was enough information on our appliances, we do have quick reference guide in the welcome guide and each full manual in the folder within the kitchen - this is the same for all our properties. If there were any in particular please let us know.
As standard we leave 1 bath sheet and 1 hand towel per guest but if you had asked we would have provided extra towels for your stay. If you rebook please let us know you would like extra and we will arrange that for you.
Hopefully we can welcome you back to Norwich again soon.
Best wishes,
AirNorfolk
We enjoyed the unique architecture, both in this apartment as well as in the surrounding buildings. The location was convenient to the historic sections of Norwich and to shopping. As we were travelling by train, we appreciated the short, easy walk to the rail station.
The apartment was very comfortable for us as a couple. Everything was clean and the appliances all appeared to be rather new. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Norwich.
We have a few suggestions. The windows in the living room and kitchen areas need shades or heavy curtains to provide privacy at night. The bathroom mirror is mounted much too high on the wall. The bathroom towels were big and thick, which we appreciated. Unfortunately there were no towel bars on which to hang them. We hung them on the hooks on the bathroom door but, of course, they remained damp. We don't mind re-using towels if they can be hung in a way that allows them to dry between uses.

We rarely give bad reviews, but the ad misrepresents or omits comfort and safety issues. Never met the host (evidently a company with several properties); exchanged emails with a manager, who responded promptly. Good:-Good manuals-Fully equipped kitchen—except for the lack of a dishwasher. -Location (the principal reason we rented the space) Is very good.Problematic, misrepresented, or just annoying:-Bathroom pictures do not show that shower and sink are on a raised level to the rest of the bathroom. -Beds are larger doubles, not kings (even by continental measures). First floor bed is pushed against wall, making it difficult for the wall-side sleeper to get in and out.-No dishwasher -The electronics produce a really annoying hum. This seems to be an ongoing issue. -The double door in the photo does not open onto a balcony, but onto a straight drop of around 15’ to the pavement below.-The stools are so uncomfortable that we ate standing up or sitting on the sofa.-Old-fashioned key may be quaint, but it sticks in the lock, and given the digital lockbox and gate-opener, it seems silly. What’s dangerous:There are two steps down, at an odd angle, between the first floor bedroom and the bathroom, which is surely a safety issue. A step up to the living room-kitchen, where the door has a sharp exposed bolt—another safety issue. We spent our time here praying we would survive without stubbed toes, twisted or punctured ankles, or God forbid, a fall.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We are a family-run company and operate a self check-in for guest convenience, but we are always available to speak with and would happily greet guests in person if requested.
You mentioned expecting a dishwasher and balcony; however, these are not advertised, and the photos clearly show there is no balcony at the front or back of the property. The shower room images also show the split-level flooring, so I’m sorry this wasn’t noticed before your arrival.
Both beds are king-sized, and the photos indicate that one is positioned against the wall. I’m sorry this wasn’t what you expected and that we didn’t have two staff members available to safely assist with moving it on the day you asked.
You informed us of the electrical hum in the living room, and we advised how to switch it off. Since your visit, we’ve relocated this equipment elsewhere to prevent any future disturbance.
The bar stools are flat in design, as shown in the listing images, and may not suit everyone. If we had known the key felt 'sticky', we would have resolved this during your stay.
As the property is in an older building with a single central staircase, several rooms open onto it, creating a small split step between the bathroom and the other rooms. We will check the 'exposed bolt' you mentioned and address it.
I’m sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. If you wish to visit again, contact us directly so we can help you select a property that is better suited.
The property was lovely, such an easy check in, really close to the city centre but is in a quiet area. If I ever need to stay over night in Norwich again I will definitely look to rebook.
This property is full of charm and located down a little cobbled street. It's not centrally located to the city center but close enough you can walk. The place was immaculate. We especially loved the linens and towels, as well as the bathroom and walk in shower. I highly recommend staying here - we occupied both bedrooms and had plenty of room. (NOTE - Upstairs bedroom would not be suitable for an elderly individual.) There is no parking with the apartment but we were able to keep our car about 200m away for a small fee each night. I hope to stay here again!
The place was beautifully presented, clean and in an ideal location! The only downside was the noise from the uni students when they were heading to the club and on their way back, which woke us both up (sadly)! Apart from the disrupted sleep, everything else was great. Thanks for having us!
