Good accommodation

Owner welcomed us, have shown everything. All was clear. There is a convenient store close to apartments. Very good place close to city center and nice restaurants and bars.

Good cheap stay

You can either choose bedroom 1 or 2 for your stay, both are not the best option for 4 people stay but it is doable. It was a small apartment but makes sense for the price. Has everything you need -- kitchen, bathroom, bed, towels, good host. It is a little bit of a walk to closest bus because the buses are more confusing in this area but nothing crazy (~15 minute).

The Property is in a nice area, located near the city center and train station. However, it is not very well kept, the tv does not work, it wasn’t very cleaned and the walls needed a paint job. Overall it was ok.

Location un peu surannée

La location est trÚs bien située pour aller explorer à pied les quartiers historiques de Florence. Le propriétaire est ùgé et accueillant, par contre il y a peu de commodités. Il n' y avait ni carafe ni éponge ni torchon et le four était HS.

Muy mejorable

Espacio cerrado, con mala ventilaciĂłn, solo con ventanas en el techo, abuardilladas, con mucha olor a humedad, lleno de mosquitos. Faltan utensilios en la cocina. Sin microhondas y el horno inhĂĄbil. Lo mejor, la localizaciĂłn del apartamento.

Appartement pas trÚs propre et peu équipé

Appartement calme et pas trĂšs loin du centre mais n’est pas trĂšs moderne, pas trĂšs Ă©quipĂ© (pas de linge Ă  vaisselle, pas de briquet pour le gaz, rien pour faire des glaçons
). De plus, ce n’était pas propre, chambre de bain avec rouille et crasse dans la douche
 les draps et la causeuse du salon Ă©taient tachĂ©s. Nous avons des photos et souhaitons un dĂ©dommagement. Nous ne recommandons pas ce lieu.

Lindo departamento

Vale mucho la pena por el precio y la ubicaciĂłn. Tiene un patio muy lindo. Es quizas algo chico pero muy acogedor. No andaba el horno pero tenia otras opciones. El hombre que nos recibio y dio la llave fue muy amable.

Encore un travail à faire sur le ménage

Bon rapport proximitĂ©/prix, trĂšs petit logement, Ă  un bon prix et 15 Ă  20 min du centre ville de Florence. Mais ça n'empĂȘche pas de faire l'effort sur la qualitĂ© du logement, canapĂ© lit trĂšs vĂ©tuste, trĂšs peu d'Ă©quipement (four pas fonctionnel), mĂ©nage trĂšs trĂšs lĂ©ger, salle de bain avec l'Ă©vacuation bouchĂ©e. MĂȘme si la dĂ©co n'est pas gĂ©niale, si le logement est propre et fonctionnel, il aurait plus d'Ă©toiles.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der wunderschönen Stadt Florenz. Alles sehr gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Schlafsofa ziemlich ungemĂŒtlich aber Rest ist Top.

Photos flatteuses, loin de la réalité

Situation Ă  1, 2 km du centre historique Ă  pied. Point nĂ©gatif: cuisine mal Ă©quipĂ©e pour cuisiner, ce qui oblige Ă  aller dans les restaurants onĂ©reux midi et soir. Chambre bruyante entre la VMC acollĂ©e au mur voisin qui s'allume toutes les 4 min pendant 5 min, le chantier qui rĂ©veille chaque matin Ă  7h et les soirĂ©es de la cour arriĂšre d'un restaurant qui s'arrĂȘte vers 22h30 en semaine et minuit le samedi. Des gouttes d'eau vous tombent des Velux vers 6h, ce qui n'est pas agrĂ©able. La literie du lit et du canapĂ© sont inconfortable, vieille et sale, draps tachĂ©s et humiditĂ© dans les piĂšces. La cour est sombre toute la journĂ©e et elle n'est pas entretenue. Salle de bain correcte mais sale au niveau de la douche. Frigo assez vieux. Pas de micro-ondes. Nous avons fait un nettoyage en arrivant.

Des travaux et plusieurs heures de manĂšge ne seraient pas de trop. Il y a du salpĂȘtre de partout, la cour intĂ©rieure est sale les plantes ont toutes sĂ©chĂ© dans les pots. DrĂŽle d'ambiance !

Ça pourrait ĂȘtre un lieu tellement bien !

C’est dommage, la location est bien placĂ©e, dans un immeuble chic mais le logement qui pourrait ĂȘtre douillet et cosi n’est pas Ă  la hauteur de ce que j’attendais. Literie peu confortable (et le canapĂ© lit est en 120, un peu juste pour deux grands ados), cuisine crasseuse (le frigo ), idem pour la salle de bain. Nous avons commencĂ© par nettoyer
 La cour pourrait ĂȘtre agrĂ©able mais les plantes sont entrain de mourir et du coup il y fait trĂšs chaud. Un peu de verdure apporterait de la fraĂźcheur. Je suis déçue.
