Location un peu surannée

La location est très bien située pour aller explorer à pied les quartiers historiques de Florence. Le propriétaire est âgé et accueillant, par contre il y a peu de commodités. Il n' y avait ni carafe ni éponge ni torchon et le four était HS.

The Property is in a nice area, located near the city center and train station. However, it is not very well kept, the tv does not work, it wasn’t very cleaned and the walls needed a paint job. Overall it was ok.

Good accommodation

Owner welcomed us, have shown everything. All was clear. There is a convenient store close to apartments. Very good place close to city center and nice restaurants and bars.

Good cheap stay

You can either choose bedroom 1 or 2 for your stay, both are not the best option for 4 people stay but it is doable. It was a small apartment but makes sense for the price. Has everything you need -- kitchen, bathroom, bed, towels, good host. It is a little bit of a walk to closest bus because the buses are more confusing in this area but nothing crazy (~15 minute).

Muy mejorable

Espacio cerrado, con mala ventilación, solo con ventanas en el techo, abuardilladas, con mucha olor a humedad, lleno de mosquitos. Faltan utensilios en la cocina. Sin microhondas y el horno inhábil. Lo mejor, la localización del apartamento.

Appartement pas très propre et peu équipé

Appartement calme et pas très loin du centre mais n’est pas très moderne, pas très équipé (pas de linge à vaisselle, pas de briquet pour le gaz, rien pour faire des glaçons…). De plus, ce n’était pas propre, chambre de bain avec rouille et crasse dans la douche… les draps et la causeuse du salon étaient tachés. Nous avons des photos et souhaitons un dédommagement. Nous ne recommandons pas ce lieu.

Lindo departamento

Vale mucho la pena por el precio y la ubicación. Tiene un patio muy lindo. Es quizas algo chico pero muy acogedor. No andaba el horno pero tenia otras opciones. El hombre que nos recibio y dio la llave fue muy amable.

Encore un travail à faire sur le ménage

Bon rapport proximité/prix, très petit logement, à un bon prix et 15 à 20 min du centre ville de Florence. Mais ça n'empêche pas de faire l'effort sur la qualité du logement, canapé lit très vétuste, très peu d'équipement (four pas fonctionnel), ménage très très léger, salle de bain avec l'évacuation bouchée. Même si la déco n'est pas géniale, si le logement est propre et fonctionnel, il aurait plus d'étoiles.

Séjour à Florence

Cette location de vacances est très bien située pour visiter florence, prendre le train et le bus, bien pour 2,3 personnes mais pas plus, prevoir les boules quies, bruyant le soir. La cour est sympa et sécurisée. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der wunderschönen Stadt Florenz. Alles sehr gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Schlafsofa ziemlich ungemütlich aber Rest ist Top.

Photos flatteuses, loin de la réalité

Situation à 1, 2 km du centre historique à pied. Point négatif: cuisine mal équipée pour cuisiner, ce qui oblige à aller dans les restaurants onéreux midi et soir. Chambre bruyante entre la VMC acollée au mur voisin qui s'allume toutes les 4 min pendant 5 min, le chantier qui réveille chaque matin à 7h et les soirées de la cour arrière d'un restaurant qui s'arrête vers 22h30 en semaine et minuit le samedi. Des gouttes d'eau vous tombent des Velux vers 6h, ce qui n'est pas agréable. La literie du lit et du canapé sont inconfortable, vieille et sale, draps tachés et humidité dans les pièces. La cour est sombre toute la journée et elle n'est pas entretenue. Salle de bain correcte mais sale au niveau de la douche. Frigo assez vieux. Pas de micro-ondes. Nous avons fait un nettoyage en arrivant.

Logement sale

Des travaux et plusieurs heures de manège ne seraient pas de trop. Il y a du salpêtre de partout, la cour intérieure est sale les plantes ont toutes séché dans les pots. Drôle d'ambiance !

Ça pourrait être un lieu tellement bien !

C’est dommage, la location est bien placée, dans un immeuble chic mais le logement qui pourrait être douillet et cosi n’est pas à la hauteur de ce que j’attendais. Literie peu confortable (et le canapé lit est en 120, un peu juste pour deux grands ados), cuisine crasseuse (le frigo ), idem pour la salle de bain. Nous avons commencé par nettoyer… La cour pourrait être agréable mais les plantes sont entrain de mourir et du coup il y fait très chaud. Un peu de verdure apporterait de la fraîcheur. Je suis déçue.
