This detached property rests in Torver in the Lake District and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
High Torver House is a large, detached property with its own grounds, in the hamlet of Torver, near Coniston. The property has four bedrooms; two super-king-size doubles, one with zip/link feature, a king-size annexe bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further king-size. The property also features a family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, a cloakroom, utility, kitchen, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove and an annexe snug with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed lawn garden and a patio with furniture, a barn with bike storage and parking for 3 cars, along with woodland and fields owned by the owner of the property. High Torver House is a wonderful Lake District escape. Please get in contact with us to let us know your desired bed configuration for the zip/link bed no later than two weeks before your stay.

Excellent walking, mountain biking, climbing and watersports opportunities are available locally on Coniston Old Man and Wetherlam and the lovely woodland trails at Grizedale Forest. Enjoy a leisurely cruise on the beautiful Gondola steam yacht, visit the award-winning village of Hawkshead with its fantastic Beatrix Potter Gallery, discover Tarn Hows, one of the most visited beauty spots in the country or indulge in a spot of serene fishing on Esthwaite Water.
