Great Holiday stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing house on the beach! David welcomed us warmly and showed us around. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The deck looking out to the beach was fabulous.

Always relaxing!

We have stayed here 4 times and every time has been relaxing - regardless of the weather. The on beach location is perfect and the property has a great beach house vibe. The host is very responsive and accommodating.

The house is in the most wonderful location - right on the glorious Shoreham beach. It is a very special spot, with an extremely well equipped kitchen, bedrooms with lovely views and comfy beds and a great eating area. The expansive outside deck makes this property very special with a fantastic hot tub and fire pit. David the host was a positive communicator and a warm host. We were blessed with incredible weather which enabled the house, its outside space and location on a wonderful swimming beach to really come into its own. A very special family week!

Great place to stay and explore

We enjoyed a wonderful 4 days at this property woth family for a birthday celebration. It is a veey well equipped home which had more than enough of what we needed. It has a huge outdoor deck and hot tub which was thoroughly enjoyed especially by my 5 year old. Great access to the beach and it is walkable to local amenities. Thank you David for being a great host and showing us around on arrival.

Relaxing stay at a quaint and gorgeous seaside town .

David the owner was awesome ! Great instruction and communication. We figured out that London was about 1.5 hour tube ride and it was easy to use. Thank you David and hope to stay with you in future.

The UK pocket of paradise

We really enjoyed every moment of our stay at this beach house. It took is a few days to get over the fact we were on a staycation. Our host David was very accommodating and helpful. And the beach was perfect. Very much needed and very much loved. Will definitely come back again.

Relaxation

The property is beautifully placed on a shingle beach and has been updated with large windows and a modern kitchen. We appreciated how the terrace had been laid out allowing us to enjoy the sea air outdoors. The house is well maintained and David made every effort to make us feel comfortable. If we could change anything it would be to update the couch and sitting arrangement in the living room and -this is a big ask- consider making two en-suites upstairs. Our thanks to David for giving us a lovely stay.

Beautiful house and location

Shoreham Beach front is a lovely nature reserve pebble beach which David’s lovely house backs straight into. We spent the evenings in the hot tub watching the sea. Perfect for relaxing.

Lovely beach house

We had an stunning few days at David’s house. The deck looks straight onto the beach. We spent many happy hours jumping in the sea then lounging in the hot tub, . The bbq and fire pit were a great addition. Great.

Relaxing stay on the beach

We had a very relaxing stay, right on the beach in a property geared up perfectly for a chilled stay. The house is well equipped, clean and spacious - we could not fault it. Owner was very proactive and responsive to all our needs. We have already booked to return. Overall an excellent experience.

Stunning

This is a beautiful home which was perfect for our family holiday. The light and the views of the ever-changing sea and sky were so refreshing. The house and garden are extremely well equipped and comfortable, a home from home, and the host was very welcoming, helpful and communicative.

Great stay in Shoreham

Fabulous property in a great location. Lots of time spent walking along the seafront, chilling in the hot tub and looking at the amazing views. David the owner was there to meet us to show us around and was extremely responsive if we had any questions during our stay. Property is very well equipped with everything you could need- loved the coffee machine.

Amazing location and great host

If you want to be on the beach, this the house! Just open the doors and step onto it. The house was really well appointed, kitchen was modern with everything you could need. Outside deck is amazing, hot tub, fire pit and lots of safe space. David was an excellent host, very quick to respond, gave us loads of local knowledge and was very accommodating. Strongly recommended.

Amazing house and stunning location

We had an amazing time here! The property has everything you need, stylish and comfortable, and the thoughtful touches made it extra special 😊 The garden area is fantastic, we spent many hours in the hot tub, around the firepit and having bbqs. The owner was very helpful and committed to ensure everything was perfect.

Beautiful spot on Shoreham on sea

We had an amazing time at the house, great location strolling back and forth to the beach and swimming in the sea, followed by a well earned glass of something cold sitting in the hot tub afterwards. Host was amazingly helpful and responsive to any asks and the house facilities were fabulous, location just perfect. The kids loved it and had plenty to do which gave us adults a chance to have a proper holiday, highly recommend to others

Bank Holiday family break

The 4 of us stayed here over the may-day bank holiday weekend for our son's 7th birthday, and all had a great time. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The location on the beach was great and both kids really enjoyed walking down to and playing by the water's edge. The outside decking space is well appointed and as long as the rain stays off you'll find yourself spending most of your time here. We all enjoyed the hot tub and I think our 4 yr old daughter would still be in there given the chance. David (the owner) was in contact before and during our stay to ensure everything was as good as it could be - and it was! We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others wishing to get away to the coast for a short break.
