There were six adults and it was great for each couple to have own bath/shower. Spacious dining/living areas and beautiful views of the Duoro river and city. Kitchen was well equipped. The only negative was that the beds were quite hard and sheets uncomfortable. Location is also good just up the hill from the cellars on the Gaia side of the river.

Bien dans l'ensemble

Bon séjour passé en famille dans cet appartement spacieux et confortable. Les 3 salles de bains sont appréciables, et les chambres sont relativement grandes. Nous avons également pu apprécier la proximité du centre de Porto et des quais cotés Vila Nova qui se trouve à une vingtaine de minutes à pied. Au vue de la circulation sur l'avenue qui est très passagère, et l'absence de place de stationnement sur celle-ci, le parking est de rigueur. Attention toutefois l'accès peut faire peur, je conseille que le véhicule soit équipé de radar de proximité pour éviter quelques déconvenues. Le bruit est effectivement très présent le matin au démarrage du métro et des bus, mais le coté opposé offre une belle vue sur le Douro et les hauteurs de Porto. L'équipement reste approprié à la taille de l'hébergement mais la vétusté de certains appareils peut vite tourner au drame de la fin de séjour qui imputera votre caution. J'espère malgré cet imprévu, que cela puisse favoriser le renouvellement du matériel et ainsi éviter ce désagrément à d'autres vacanciers.

Apartamento 5 estrelas muito espaçoso

Apartamento, confortável e muito espaçoso. Da varanda até podemos ver o rio Douro. Muito bem localizado, muito perto de cafés restaurantes, e também do Corte Inglês. Metro e de autocarro de turismo perto. A Magui, foi muito agradável e prestável. Definitivamente um óptimo lugar que recomendo.

Las buenas y las Malas

Hola Estimados Vacacionistas Como Familia de 7 Personas tres adultos y cuatro hijos , hemos estado en este Piso. Lo bueno rescataria lo Bonito del Piso, comodo en Espacios y calidad del mismo, su ubicacion es buena para alcanzar los sitios mas visitados a pie, tiene todo a la mano, supermercado y varios, el trato con Isabel es bueno, Ella muy amable y respetuosa, las habitaciones estan bien , lo malo a mejorar seria , los colchones de las camas son incomodos en la habitacion del medio tuvimos problemas con insectos los cuales mordieron a mis hijos, nunca supimos que tipo de insectos, pero mosquitos no eran, en la habitacion final el colchon era muy malo, los otros pasables, no hay herbidos o calienta agua, la Television es muy Antigua, referente al ruido, es verdad el Piso esta en una Avenida muy bullisiosa, en la noche se siente mucho a pesar de cerrar las ventanas, frente estan los depositos de basura los cuales son vaciados a media noche o principios de madrugada y eso es fatal para dormir, el Metro hace ruido hasta tarde y muy temprano, pero bueno nada se puede Hacer solo cambiar las ventanas, lo otro es que una instalacion climatica ayudaria a pasar esas calurosas noches, que si ha^bres la ventana , el ruido es fuerte y si la cierras el calor y la humedad fuerte, bueno Esta es nuestra opinion , en cuanro al precio , los Vale Alejandro Y Ruth desde Zürich Suiza

Propre, grand, bien situe et accueil excellent

Nous etions 5 pour un sejour en novembre et nous avons beaucoup apprecie l'appartement. C' est grand, il y a une belle vue, la fourniture de cuisine et literie de qualite et en quantite suffisante, tout etait parfait. En plus, nous avions un stationnement, ce qui est rare. Le seul bemol est le bruit des metros le matin qui peuvent reveiller les dormeurs fragiles et le bruit du fan de cuisine qui ne se ferme pas mais par contre, on peut fermer la porte et ne plus l'entendre. Merci a Isabelle pour son excellent accueil.

Situación inmejorable para visitar Oporto y alrede

Apartamento muy amplio con 3 habitaciones con camas de matrimonio (Quizás los colchones un poco blandos para nuestro gusto). Situado en la Avenida principal de Gaia, entre 2 paradas de metro que te dejan en 5 minutos en el centro de Oporto (si quieres ir andando en 15 minutos pasando por el tablero superior del puente Luis I estás tambie´n en el centro). Los autobuses y el tren están también a 5 minutos. Y si quieres visitar, además los alrededores, en 3-4 minutos estás en algunas de las circulares que rodean Oporto y luego al volver no tendrás problemas de aparcamiento, pues el garaje caben 2 coches (eso si, la rampa es un poco empinada y estrecha para coches grandes, pero bajando y subiendo despacio sin ningún problema.) Varios restaurantes, cafeterías, dulcerías y tiendas en la misma calle. El Corte Inglés a 10 minutos a pie con sitio de juegos para niños incluido). Muy cerca de todos los sitios turísticos de Oporto y Gaia, incluidas las famosos bodegas, la Ribiera, el centro, etc. Por ponerle alguna pega, lo que ya se ha dicho por aquí: los baños necesitan un cambio (aunque están bien se ven viejos), el extractor de la cocina que está siempre conectado (salvo algunas horas en la madrugada) y para los que tengan el sueño muy ligero, el metro pasa por la puerta y se oye en las habitaciones, pero por la noche para. Una ventaja que tenga wiffi en el apartamento. En la televisión, un montón de canales, pero ninguno español. En definitiva, un buen alojamiento para descansar después de visitar Oporto. Las fotos se corresponden con lo real. Recomendable Con María Guillerma, todo perfecto y con Isabel, muy puntual a la hora acordada.

Spacious, cozy apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment; it is beautiful, clean, cozy and spacious. It is also a short walk to the center, with many pastelarias and cafes close by; it doesn't hurt that El Corte Ingles is nearby. We like cooking a bit during our stay in various places and found here the kitchen is quite complete, except for some wine glasses (it is a wine country, no?). Just one thing: the bedrooms are on the street side, and it is quite a busy street. Bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Porto itself is such a charming city, very lively, and has so many things to see. The five nights we spent there was not quite enough. Never mind, it gives us a reason to come back again.

Completamente equipado

El apartamento está completamente equipado, es confortable y muy amplio. Excelentes vistas desde la terraza y cerca de comercios y cafeterías. O apartamento é muito espaçoso, luminoso, ideal para famílias ou grupo de amigos. Situa-se a 15 minutos a pé do centro do Porto - Ponte D.Luis, junto às famosas caves do vinho do Porto. O apartamento tem de tudo é muito confortável. Tem dois lugares de garagem, que ajuda muito para quem precisa de estacionar. Tem o Metro à porta e autocarros. Se desejar ir até outras localidades, como Espinho pode ir de comboio directo. Fica a 5 minutos de casa. Excelente Andre

Cómodo y bien situado

El apartamento es espacioso, limpio, bien equipado y posee unas bonitas vistas sobre el Duero. Está bien situado. Tiene una parada de metro al lado que te deja en el centro de Porto, de todas formas no es necesario utilizarlo ya que solo hay un pequeño paseo hasta el puente D. Luis I., Nosotros hemos estado cuatro adultos y dos niños y nos hemos encontrado muy cómodos allí. Quiero dar las gracias a Maria por la amabilidad y atención recibidas durante toda la gestión del alquiler. Maravillosas vacaciones de Pascua! Recomiendo apartamento y ciudad. Mercedes.

Wonderful place in ideal location

This was a wonderful place to stay! The location is wonderful, inbetween two metro stations and only minutes from the waterfront and main Porto sites, although most of the time we walked and discovered great alleys and stairways. Walkable to main port lodges, Metro connects you to everything a bit farther out. The place was very clean and beds were comfortable. Sofa is a pull out, which allowed us to accommodate two families. Maria was wonderful and we had no problem booking or with our inquiry even though we don't speak Portuguese (with assistance from Google Translator). She wasn't able to meet us for check-in or out, but her friend was wonderful and very accommodating of our arrival and departure times. Other than making eggs in the morning, we didn't cook so I can't comment too much on the kitchen, but it is pretty well stocked with all the basic pots, pans, serving dishes, plates, etc. I only knock of one star because of its proximity to the Metro, you do hear the trains go by, but they do stop during the night. It didn't bother me and everything else more than made up for it. I would definitely come back.

Maravilhoso fim de semana

A casa é muito bonita, espaçosa, e luminosa. Os quartos estão bem situados, podendo estar a dormir sem ouvir o movimento da sala. O apartamento tem muito espaço, e fica muito perto do centro do Porto. Tem vários transportes mesmo à porta, incluindo o metro. Gostei imenso de estar neste apartamento.
