give vrbo a miss

never got to stay in it because vrbo shouldn't have been advertising it.despite assurances from vrbo staff that all was ok i finally heard from property owner 3days before my flight that they were not with vrbo.vrbo staff (when i could get hold of them)were of no help at all and despite my plight at the end of the call could only say"have a good day" could say a lot more but have more important things to do
