The Apartment

Scimiscià 2-bedroom Apartment with AC is on a fourth floor of a modern condo without an elevator. 

The Apartment has a nice entrance hall,  a bedroom with bunk beds, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and washing machine. It has a large and bright double bedroom,  a spacious sitting room with a double sofa bed, and an equipped kitchen.



The apartment offers WIFI, AC, TV, and Heating.



Why Choosing it

Being a fourth-floor apartment it's not recommended for guests who do not like climbing up lots of steps. The views of both on the part of the village and the sea and the quietness of the apartment will repay you for the steps and this will be a perfect place for relaxation after a sunny day beach spent on the beach.

Scimiscià Apartment is not recommended if you do not like do not like climbing up lots of steps.  Larger family groups up to 13 can rent  it along with the ground floor Il Giardino di Ada Studio for 2 guests and Sciacchetrà Apartment for up to 5 guests

Cozy apartment with perfect location!

We stayed for just one night and it was perfect. Very modern, very clean, and comes with everything you need and more. 2 minute walk to the beach with ocean view, perfect location overall. I highly recommend!

Great stay in Monterosso!

What a beautiful property! Exactly as it is described. Great location! And much larger than we thought it would be! Everything worked perfectly - from the interaction when we arrived to the directions to getting into the apartment to check out. We relaxed, enjoyed Monterosso, did some (much needed) laundry and loved every moment. Thank you to Cinque Terre Riviera for the professionalism and wonderful apartment! We hope to return very soon!

Great Italian Beach vacation!

The apartment was perfect for parents w two kids. Close to every need. Lots of stairs. Friendly neighbors. No beach passes included. Get in line by 830 am for an umbrella and chair otherwise a fine but crowded public beach experience awaits you. Great to have a chance to do laundry after many hikes in the CT. Check out Levanto, one town north, for good surf!

Nice flat, lots of stairs

The flat was nice and newly renovated, but it is on the 5th floor, so it would be difficult with a lot of heavy luggage. The check-in instructions were incorrect, but when we called, the attendant stayed with us on the phone until we got into the flat. The staff was courteous and responsive.

Beautiful Monterosso apartment

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Very functional kitchen which we used most evenings to prepare dinner. Housed our family well. The kids loved the bunkbed. Master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress. Nice size shower. Great location with easy access to beach, restaurants, market, train station, and hiking trails. The Cinque Terre Riviera team was very responsive to email and WhatsApp messages. Excellent and easy to follow check in instructions. Stopped by their office to say hello, all so friendly. Overall a great holiday rental!
