Alchemygetaways dot com, welcomes you to this turnkey vacation rental with linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs provided. Steps off the Bay and less than three blocks to the beach and local farmer's market. This beautifully renovated home is truly located in the heart of Brigantine Island, walking distance to all of the town's quant charms. The local restaurants and surf shops are some of the bests on the East Coast. This beach town community boasts a lively atmosphere, with activities and events going on almost daily, from the weekend browsing the local art studios and shops to surfing, bird watching, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding.

This home is brand new to the market, having just been fully renovated and redone in the Spring of 2017. It truly offers the best of both worlds with all of the modern amenities of a new home but the original charm that is characteristic of this charming historic community. The living areas in the house have expansive views of the Bay and a beautiful open floor plan with hardwood floors and slate throughout every room. The dining room is an idyllic gathering area for the whole family, featuring a large farm style dining room table that seats 16 people.

The downstairs master bedroom has a smart TV, an en suite bathroom, large walk-in closet and two queen beds. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two king suites, one double queen and kids' room with double bunk beds (one twin and one double). The master en suite bedroom leads out to a large open deck, which overlooks the Bay. This space is perfect for both morning coffee, and evening cocktails.

There is also a lofted upstairs living space with several couches, a TV, a foosball table, games and access to the deck. This house is filled with a mix of private sitting areas and large open gathering spaces, so you can have your privacy when you need it and large open spaces when you want it.
We offer RoKu Streaming Sticks , 4K on all televisions .

Family gatherings are a special event that should be cherished and honored annually, Brigantine beach is truly an ideal place for the whole family. This home has brought us so much joy in the past and it is our hope, especially after the extensive renovations, that this home brings your family as much joy as it has brought ours over the years.

We gathered the family at the beach for a week and it exceeded our expectations. The house gave us room to be together or separate. It was walkable to the beach and the shed was full of beach essentials we used daily. The kitchen was well stocked with dish ware and appliances for cooking. Wonderful house - spacious, clean, very well stocked, great bay view. The mattresses were too soft for us (some back and knee issues among the group and the rest just sleep better on a firm mattress) - this might be an issue for some. 1 star off for that but otherwise a great house!!

Our large family group ranged in age from 15-85. The 5 bedroom luxurious house had a large family room and huge fully stocked kitchen. Master bedroom on the first floor was a necessity for older family members. We enjoyed the bay views sitting on two porches. The beds. were comfortable and we appreciated that sheets and towels were provided. We would rent the home again if we ever return to Brigantine.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for a large group. We ate most dinners in so appreciated the large open kitchen with plenty of cooking pots and pans and serving dishes . Had our morning coffee on the front porch and ate dinner on the back patio. Saw the most beautiful sunsets just a few steps from the house. We have stayed in Brigantine several times and everyone agreed this was a house we would like to rent again, Hopefully next year.

This house was even more beautiful in real life, and everyone who stayed there was in awe! The check in and out process was so simple, and the hosts allowed us to come in a little earlier, which was incredibly helpful. The open spaces of the kitchen, living room, and dining room allowed us all to feel together and even enjoy the same conversation. Our family of 12 really enjoyed the home which was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, excellent location to the beach and sunset views. However, the mattresses were worn out and could use replacing. Our major complaint was the limited wi-fi and no basic cable. I strongly recommend the owners invest $30 for a few wi-fi boosters placed throughout the house. Our guys couldn’t watch any of the play off games, nor could we watch a movie without losing internet. Made for a very frustrating vacation in an otherwise beautiful home.
