The house has a confortable open space with living/dining room and kithchen, where guests can relax or eat meals.
The kitchen is equipped with everything to cook, it has Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, Franke cooker....etc....
Our house has three bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. A douple bedroom has private bathroom with shower. The second large bathroom has a large shower. Each bathroom has towel heater.

The house has also a large arcade.

All large property ( home, garden, park, parking and woods) is fenced.

The country house is surrounded by a private large garden, woods and private parking.
In the garden available to our guests a wrought iron gazebo, outdoor children games and everything for your relax.

Our property is in a corner of paradise where you can relax in the fresh Venetian countryside ( in Spring and Summer seasons), avoiding warm and confusion of the city.

We are between Dolo, an historical village and Mira village, where there are some stores, supermarkets, shops, pubs, bar, restuarants and pizzeria ...of course.

We are along Brenta River (called Riviera of Brenta and Terra of Tiepolo). Here you can travel and explore the wonderful historical, artistic ( Tiepolo/Palladio) and cultural heritage of this place.
Along the river you can visit many " Palladian Villas"( Unesco Heritage) by car, by bike, by bus or by boat.

Near us you can visit many historical town: Venice and Venice Islands ( Murano, Burano, Torcello....), Padua, Treviso, Verona (Romeo and Juliet), Vicenza, Chioggia and Ferrara. And also Lake Garda with Gardaland for your children or Euganei Hills ( Unesco Heritage) with Thermal baths Euganee ( the most important place in Europe about Thermal baths spa, called Terme Euganee).
Or you can make a tour in Valdobbiadene ( Unesco Heritage) (1 hour from us) about the famous Prosecco (Prosecco Tour).

Venice is 15 km from us, Padua 15 km, Treviso 18 km, Chioggia 30 km, Ferrara, 80 km, Verona 105 km and Vicenza 60 km.
The sea/beach is also near us: Venice Islands 15 km, Lido of Venice 15 km, Sottomarina 25 km and Jesolo 40 km.

Venice is so near us: 15 minutes by car you are in Piazzale Roma (Garage San Marco) or on Tronchetto Island, by train in 20 minutes (Mira- Marano Train Station , free parking) or by bus 25 minutes from us.
Train station is 4,5 km from us, bus stop is about 1 km.
Ferryboat in Fusina Station Boat is 10 minutes from us.
Venice harbour is 12 km.

Many tourist cycle-routes pass through our area:
- Aida itinerary: Bicitalia20, which joins Moncenisio to Slovenia. We are on the route a few kilometers from Venice, after Padua.
- Garda Lake itinerary, Venice1, Bicitalia20: regional itinerary from Bolzano to Dolo.
- route Venice-country -bike: from Dolo to Fusina. along the Riviera del Brenta.

We are also on the way of Sant'Antony, one of the most italian fascinating route to be covered on foot or by bicycle.

Bus stopped is 1 km from us.
Mira-Mirano train station is 4,5 km from us.
