This charming annexe rests in Burwash near Heathfield and can sleep four people in one bedroom and with one sofa bed.
Stables Cottage is a fantastic annexe within the grounds of the owner's home, in Burwash near Heathfield. The property has one king-size double bedroom,a s well as a sofa bed, sleeping four guests. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath, a kitchen and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for 3 cars, as well as an enclosed patio and gravel garden with table and chairs, barbecue and a fire pit with seating. Stables Cottage is a lovely property for enjoying the countryside and coastline of Sussex.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ, gravelled area with seating and fire pit. Use of owner's private paddock with seating and fire pit. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 1.4 miles. Note: The bathroom can only be accessed via the king-size double bedroom.
