Historic "Wilbur Morse" Friendship Maine Ocean Home

Wow you are our 100th review! I take that as one of our treasured and accomplished goals! The ocean views are always changing with the seasons and time of day -- and still Morning, afternoon or evening the views are always breathtaking. The property is well located for activities in all directions on the mid coast of Maine. It certainly was our pleasure to host your group!

Our oceanfront house and our cleaning girl are both exceptional and cleaning said you took special care of the house which we truly appreciate. I agree Friendship Maine is a special place, which should be on every ones bucket list! Thank you for the special review!

The large size property is hard to beat when located directly on the ocean. And when your town is named Friendship everyone goes out of their way to be kind. We're so happy all worked well for your 3 generations vacation.

The house does work well with the baths on all floors for guest privacy. And the large living room and another two rooms with two large tables for sharing meals together and playing games. However, you were one of the brave groups choosing to cook your own lobsters-good for you experiencing our real Maine living!

Thanks to all 3 generations for visiting. We're glad the grandchildren enjoyed the massive lawn area, swimming and the local beach area. We certainly hope you do return again as that's the best compliment we can receive. I have to mention-our cleaning team-stated you win first place for leaving the house in such a great state. Thank you!

So good to have your group back a second time and we know all the "kids" enjoy the big puddle! The place let's everyone be a kid again. Can't wait to see you all again. Thank you for being such awesome guests.

We also felt simply fantastic to host your group! The location does provide a quiet setting with plenty of action close by if needed. Truly something for everyone to enjoy with lots of fresh salty air and bright stars at night. Thank you for choosing the big blue Victorian for your vacation.

It was a joy to host you and your special mother. So glad she loved the house. You'll always have these memories to recall and enjoy We hope to see you and other family members again any time you want to visit!

After a year of waiting we were so glad to see the ladies make their vacation to Maine. Gil enjoyed helping with your lobster cookout. Thanks for choosing the harbor house for your celebration.

We were happy to see your family enjoy the coast of Maine. Also glad to have the opportunity to host your family. It is hard to compete with lobsters delivered by a lobsterman. We look forward to your return.

Thank you for recommending our home. We enjoyed meeting your children and are pleased to hear all of your compliments you paid us in regards to how well the house met your needs both inside and outside. There is certainly many activity to participate in; should you choose not to relax.

Thank you all for being the very first to stay in the harbor home. We're glad your family had a special holiday weekend. And we enjoyed meeting your family, each and everyone. You are a special family and we do hope you return.

We hope your travel back home to California went smoother than your journey here. Your family fit perfectly into the home. So glad you enjoyed the lobsters, the boat races and Friendship Day!

It's a special compliment to have guests return to the property for a second time! Paddling is easy from this location and most guests do some type of boating from the dock. Thanks for your pictures. Please know we appreciated hosting you as our guests and you are always welcomed.

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay in the Wilbur Morse house and also happy to hear your children enjoyed their vacation. We strive to provide a special place where families make those memories that they talk about for years and often return to make more memories. Thanks for visiting Maine!

It is hard to beat the old charm and romance of the Victorian coupled with the special ocean views. Glad you all enjoyed the house along with the kayaks and the firepit with your famly!

We strive to provide everything that is needed. That is why we greet our guests on site and I also contacted you mid week to ensure you had no needs. You merely need to ask for fans if you feel more are needed. All our bedrooms on first and second floors are equipped with private air conditioning units for your comfort.

We're so glad the house met your expectations; it truly is one of a kind, just like the town. Friendship is also a gem located on the Mid Coast of Maine. And those always changing ocean views never disappoint. Glad you enjoyed the local seafood; which is also hard to beat. We've had so many guests from the southern states this year looking for relief from the heat, you did have incredible weather to enjoy!

Your "highly recommendation" is appreciated! Friendship is one of a kind and a great place to be just outside of the summer crowds. There is plenty to do at the harbor as we provide a boat mooring with the rental so you may explore the ocean. We also work hard inside the house to make sure everyone's finds the accommodations they need; we're so glad it worked for your family and friends. You are always welcomed back and we hope to see you again in the future.

A second visit is terrific with us! And an engagement also. Wow!! We 're happy to host your family anytime; you're always welcome at Friendship.

We're happy the family enjoyed their Maine vacation and that you appreciated the Victorian tucked into the best spot in Friendship Harbor. Our guests are all special to us and we often welcome many of them back year after year!

We enjoyed your family and the pictures you shared. Looks like the boys explored the ocean and even jumped in off a local lobster boat. Thank you for visiting during such an uncertain time.

Nice to host your group and funny running into you at the grocery store. It's not common to have both a large lawn and the ocean when you step outside your door. Glad you enjoyed both and the quiet town of Friendship.

We appreciate the review along with the southern peaches. What a treat! So glad the house provided plenty of room and the grounds let you enjoy fires by the ocean in the evenings. What is more special than sharing time with the ones most important in your life. Thank you for being such special guests and you are always welcomed in Friendship!
